Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya pendidikan dan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Teluk Pucung menyebabkan munculnya pengangguran dan ketidakberdayaan masyarakat. Diperlukan upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut untuk mengatasi rendahnya aspek sosial ekonomi masyarakat diantaranya melalu usaha mandiri pembuatan keripik singkong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsi data dan informasi yang tepat tentang dampak program usaha mandiri di masyarakat. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan teknik survai deskriptif untuk mengetahui dampak sosial ekonomi dari program usaha mandiri pembuatan keripik singkong. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan teknik Sampel Jenuh yaitu sebanyak jumlah populasi sebanyak 20 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan penyebaran angket. Angket yang digunakan adalah angket semi tertutup, dengan jawaban Ya, Ragu-ragu dan Tidak. Instrumen diuji cobakan terlebih dahulu kepada anggota usaha mandiri lainnya dengan Uji validitas dan Uji reliabilitas. Uji validitas digunakan dengan rumus product moment untuk menguji 37 item pertanyaan dengan 6 responden dengan taraf signifikansi 0.05 adalah 0.811, diperoleh 5 item drop. Sehingga jumlah butir soal yang valid yaitu 32 item. Uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan rumus alpha, didapat nilai alpha sebesar 0.732. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha mandiri pembuatan keripik singkong di Desa Teluk Pucung memberikan dampak positif pada aspek sosial dan ekonomi pada anggota usaha mandiri keripik singkong. Kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik dari penelitian dampak sosial ekonomi pembuatan keripik singkong ini adalah memberikan lapangan pekerjaan, menambah penghasilan, meningkatkan partisipasi masyarkat, membantu mengurangi pengangguran dan dapat memanfaatkan waktu luang dengan hal yang lebih positif. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah usaha mandiri pembuatan keripik singkong hendaknya membangun relasi kerja dengan para pemilik modal atau perusahaan dalam bidang kewirausahaan serta membuat koperasi simpan pinjam pada anggota usaha mandiri agar dapat mengembangkan usaha dalam pembuatan keripik singkong. ********** *The research problem is lack of education and economic society Teluk Pucung Village led to the rise of unemployment and helplessness society. Efforts are needed to resolve the issue to address the low socio-economic aspects of society including through independent business of making cassava chips. This research aims to describe the data and precise information about the impact of independent businesses in the community program. This research method using descriptive quantitative survey techniques to determine the socio-economic impacts of the program independent business of making cassava chips. This study population by 20 respondents. Sample collection technique using the technique Saturated sample is counted a total population of 20 respondents. Data collected by observation and questionnaire. The questionnaire used is a semi-enclosed questionnaire, with answers Yes and No Hesitation. Instruments tested in advance to the members of other independent business with Validity and reliability test. Test the validity of the formula used by the product moment to examine 37 items of questions with 6 respondents with 0.05 significance level was 0811, gained 5 item drop. Bringing the total number of valid items are 32 items. Reliability testing is done with the formula alpha, alpha values obtained for 0732. The results showed that the socio-economic impact of making cassava chips independent business generates positive impact. The conclusion to be drawn from the socio-economic impact study of making cassava chips is to provide jobs, increase revenue, increase community participation, help reduce unemployment and can utilize the free time with something more positive. Suggestions from this study is an independent business of making cassava chips should build a working relationship with the owners of capital or companies in the field of entrepreneurship and making savings and credit cooperatives in independent business members in order to develop the business in the manufacture of cassava chips.
