Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Bagaimana persepsi peserta pelatihan Industri Kecil Menengah kendaraan bermotor terhadap kewirausahaan di DISPERINDAGKOP Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi peserta pelatihan Industri Kecil Menengah kendaraan bermotor tentang kewirausahaan di DISPERINDAGKOP Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian Kuantitatif metode survey expost facto dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Jumlah sampel penelitian ialah seluruh peserta program pelatihan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi sasaran yaitu seluruh peserta pelatihan 40 orang. Uji validitas menggunakan rumus Product Moment dan reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach, Uji validitas terhadap 30 pernyatan, alhasil 30 pernyataan valid. Kemudian setelah dihitung dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS.16, maka hasil r11= 0, 758 ini dikonsultasikan dengan nilai Tabel r Poduct Moment dengan dk= N-1 = 10-1=9, signifikansi 5% maka diproleh r tabel = 0,666. Kesimpulan karena r11= 0, 978, maka semua data yang dianalisis dengan metode Alpha adalah reliabel. Kesimpulan penelitian ini bahwa persepsi peserta pelatihan terhadap kewirausahaan di DISPERINDAGKOP Kota Bekasi tergolong baik dilihat dari hasil data yang telah diterima dan telah di rata-ratakan berdasarkan persentase yakni berjumlah 71% persentase secara keseluruhan data yang telah di analisis. ********* *The problem in this research is: What are the perceptions of participants Small and Medium Industries motor vehicle towards entrepreneurship in Disperindagkop Bekasi. This study aims to determine the perception of Small and Medium Industries trainee motor vehicle on entrepreneurship in Disperindagkop Bekasi. This research study is ex post facto quantitative survey method using questionnaires and interviews. Total sample is whole training program participants. The population in this study is the target population that all participants 40 people. Test the validity of using the formula Product Moment and reliability with Cronbach alpha formula, test the validity of the 30 statements, as a result 30 valid statement. Then once calculated using SPSS.16 applications, the results r 11 = 0, 758 have consulted with the value of r Poduct Table Moment with dk = N-1 = 10-1 = 9, 5% significance then diproleh r table = 0.666. Conclusions since r 11 = 0, 978, then all the data analyzed by the method Alpha is reliable. The conclusion of this study that the perception of trainees towards entrepreneurship in Bekasi City Disperindagkop quite well seen from the data that has been received and has been on average the percentage by which amounted to 71% the overall percentage of data that has been analyzed
