Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja serta adanya hubungan secara bersama-sama antara kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja pegawai Basarnas peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan SAR (Search And Rescue) tingkat dasar angkatan LXVII di Bogor Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret – Mei 2016, menggunakan populasi peserta dikdas Basarnas tahun 2016 dan sampel sebanyak 48 orang pegawai dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan teknik non-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan: terdapat hubungan positif antara kecerdasan emosional dengan motivasi kerja pegawai Basarnas peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan SAR (Search and Rescue) tingkat dasar sebesar 36,23%. Hubungan positif juga ditunjukkan antara iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja pegawai Basarnas peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan SAR (Search and Rescue) tingkat dasar sebesar 38,21%. Dan terdapat hubungan secara bersama-sama antara kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi dengan motivasi kerja pegawai Basarnas peserta pendidikan dan pelatihan SAR (Search And Rescue) tingkat dasar angkatan LXVII di Bogor Jawa Barat. sebesar 55,7%. This research was aimed to identify the relation of the emotional intelligent with work motivation and organizational climate including the relation between emotional intelligence along with organizational climate and work motivation of Basarnas Employees Education Participants and Training SAR (Search and Rescue) LXVII Force base rate in Bogor, West Java. This research was conducted on March-May 2016, by using the population of dikdas basarnas participants’ year 2016 and total sample 48 employees as the participants. The survey methods with non-test techniques were used in this research. The results showed that there were positive relations between the emotional intelligent with work motivation of Basarnas Employees Education Participants and Training SAR (Search And Rescue) base rate with total 36.23%. The positive relation was also showed by the climate organization and work motivation of Basarnas Employees Education Participants and Training SAR (Search And Rescue) base rate with total 38.21%. There were also positive relation showed by emotional intelligence along with organizational climate and work motivation of Basarnas Employees Education Participants and Training SAR (Search and Rescue) LXVII Force base rate in Bogor West Java with total 55.7%.
