Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja program keahlian teknik bangunan. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh efektivitas praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), dalam hal ini program keahlian teknik bangunan. Tempat penelitian yang dilakukan di SMK Negeri 1 Cibinong ini melibatkan 136 siswa kelas XI program keahlian Teknik Bangunan yang terdiri dari 4 kelas yaitu: kelas XI TKK 1, XI TKK 2, XI TGB 1, dan XI TGB 2 dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 31 siswa kelas XI TKK 1. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi dan analisis korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara efektivitas praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 6,819 > 1,659 dan signifikansi koefisien korelasi sebesar 7,244. Dengan persentase kontribusi sebesar 33,8%. This research aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of industry working practices on job readiness skills program building techniques. The problems discussed regarding wheter there are some influences or not about the effectiveness of working industry practices on job readiness students Vocational School , on this case the program of building engineering expertise. The research is conducted at Vocational School No.1 Cibinong involves 136 class XI student skills program Building Engineering consists of four classes: class XI TKK 1, XI TKK 2, XI TGB 1 and XI TGB 2 with the sample amounted to 31 graders XI TKK 1. the research methode is survey method with quantitative approach. Data analysis technique used the technique of regression analysis and correlation analysis The results showed that: There is a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of Student’s industry working practices on job readiness that evidenced by thitung greater than ttabe 6.819> 1.659 and the significance of the correlation coefficien of 7.244. With the contribution percentage of 33.8%.
