Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data empiris mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi klinis pada sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi. Penelitian mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi klinis pada sekolah penyelenggara pendidikan inklusi lebih dispesifikasikan kepada sub fokus penelitian yaitu perencanaan supervisi klinis, pertemuan awal antara guru dengan supervisor, proses pengamatan pembelajaran guru, pertemuan balikan atau tindak lanjut, dan permasalahan serta strategi pemecahannya. Metoda yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah indepth interview (wawancara mendalam), observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan pada informan kunci yaitu kepala sekolah dan didukung oleh informan pendukung yang terdiri dari wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum dan beberapa guru yang telah di supervisi klinis Supervisi klinis muncul akibat dari inisatif guru untuk memperbaiki diri. 1) Perencanaan supervisi klinis melibatkan guru sebagai supervisor. 2) Pertemuan awal antara guru dengan supervisor banyak membicarakan terkait pelaksanaan supervisi klinis. 3) Proses pengamatan pembelajaran di kelas menjadi salah satu momen bagi supervisor untuk mengamati tingkah laku mengajar guru secara langsung dengan tingkah laku mengajar yang ideal untuk semua guru. 4) Pertemuan balikan dijadikan waktu oleh supervisor untuk mengemukakan data pengamatan yang dianalisa. 5) Strategi yang jitu bagi supervisor untuk dapat membantu guru mengatasi kekurangan serta kelemahan yang dirasakan. This research aims obtain empirical data on the implementation of supervision of clinical pn the education school of inclusion. Research on the implementation of clinical supervision on school education providers inclusion as specified in sub research focus is the planning of clinical supervision, an initial meeting between teachers and supervisors, the process of learning teacher observation, feedback or follow-up meetings, and the solution of strategies. The method used is a descriptive. The data collection technique used were depth interviews, observation and documentation study. Key informant interviews were conducted in which the principal and supported by the informant support consisting of representatives of the principal areas of the curriculum, and some teachers who have been in clinical supervision. Clinical supervision arising from the initiative of teachers to improve themselves. 1) Clinical supervision planning involves teachers as supervisors. 2) The initial meeting between teachers and supervisors lot to talk about regarding the conduct of clinical supervision of how technical the future. 3) The process of learning in the classroom observation into one of those moments for the supervisor to observe the behavior of the teachers taught directly by the behavior of an ideal teaching for all teachers. 4) The meeting time reversal made by the supervisor to propose analyzed observational data and how its completion. 5) How the right strategy for the supervisor to be able to help teachers address the perceived shortcomings and weaknesses.
