Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Hubungan Pelatihan Daur Ulang Kertas Koran Terhadap Peningkatan Aktualisasi Ibu-Ibu Di Rw 01 Kelurahan Klender Kecamatan Duren Sawit Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang berbentuk survey dengan teknik korelasional, yaitu untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara dua atau beberapa variable. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan November 2014 sampai dengan Mei 2015. Secara empiris penelitian ini berhasil menguji adanya hubungan yang positif antara peningkatan aktualisasidiri dengan hasil pelatihan daur ulang kertas di RW 01 kelurahan klender Jakarta Timur dikarenakan nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0.988 dan hasil rtabel dengan DK = 15 yaitu 0.514 dan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji thitung 0.988 > 0.514 serta taraf signifikasi 0.05 Karena taraf signifikan hitung yang didapat lebih besar dari 0.05 (taraf signifikansi yang telah ditentukan). Dapat disimpulkan pengaruh pelatihan daur ulang kertas Koran dengan peningkatan aktulisasi diri sangat kuat. Dan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara pelatihan daur ulang kertas Koran dengan peningkatan aktulisasi diri. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan daur ulang kertas Koran berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan aktualisasi diri ibu-ibu RW 01 Kelurahan Klender. Dengan demikian hasil pelatihan daur ulang kertas memberikan sumbangan terhadap peningkatan aktualisasi ibu-ibu di RW kelurahan klender Jakarta Timur. ***** This study aims to to the relation of training on the increase in recycled newsprint actual ladies in rw 01 klender urban village kecamatan duren sawit east jakarta. Methods used in this research is that is shaped by applying a technique descriptive survey of correlational , which is to know whether there were the relation between two or several side variables. This study was conducted in november in may 2014 until 2015. In an empirical manner of the this research berhasilmenguji a positive aktualisasidiri with the results of training between an increase in recycling paper in rw 01 klender urban village east jakarta due to the value of a correlation coefficient ( rxy ) as much as 0.988 and the results of rtabel with dk = 15 namely 0.514 and the results of the testing of hypotheses with the gt thitung 0.988 &; 0.514 economic situation as well as level of significance in 0.05 because significant count obtained greater than 0.05 ( significance as specified ). It can be concluded the influence of training with an increase in recycling newsprint aktulisasi self very strong. And the significant influence between training with an increase in recycling newsprint aktulisasi self. It can be concluded that the training recycling newsprint positive influence on the increase in the women actual self rw 01 klender urban village. As a result training recycling contributed actual paper on the increase in mothers in east jakarta rw klender urban village.
