Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di empat MGMP SMK Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan, yaitu MGMP Akuntansi, MGMP Kimia SMK, MGMP Usaha Perjalanan Wisata dan MGMP Jasa Boga. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari 2015 hingga Juni 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini yaitu: Ketua MGMP Akuntansi, Ketua MGMP Kimia SMK, Ketua MGMP Usaha Perjalanan Wisata, Ketua MGMP Jasa Boga dan beberapa informan pendukung yaitu Mantan Kepala Seksi Kependidikan Menengah Kota Administasi Jakarta Selatan dan pengurus MGMP. Perencanaan program dalam MGMP dilakukan melalui lima tahap yaitu: pengumpulan saran dan ide, menyesuaikan kalender akademik dan kurikulum yang digunakan, membuat skala prioritas, memilih program untuk jangka waktu satu tahun, membuat draft program, membuat proposal pengajuan program. Sedangkan pengorganisasian dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu: musyawarah pengurus, pemilihan pengurus, pendataan nama pengurus terpilih dan penandatanganan Surat Keputusan pengurus. Pengurus MGMP hendaknya membuat jadwal rutin untuk mengadakan pertemuan. Setidaknya, sebulan sekali agar peran MGMP sebagai organisasi untuk sharing antar teman sejawat menjadi efektif, membuat blog untuk sarana komunikasi dan informasi, memilih pengurus melalui musyawarah yang melibatkan seluruh guru mata pelajaran tersebut. Sehingga diharapkan pengurus yang terpilih mempunyai kompetensi yang sesuai. Serta memiliki rasa tanggung jawab dan loyal terhadap organisasi. Research was conducted in four MGMP Vocational Schools in Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan: Accounting, Chemistry, Tour and Travel and Culinary. This research was conducted in January 2015 until June 2015. The method used in this research are qualitative and descriptive. The participant of this research is a head of Accounting MGMP, a head of Chemistry MGMP, a head of Tour and Travel, and a head of Culinary, former head of High School Education Section Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan and Committees of MGMP. The planning program is MGMP is proceed by five steps, those are: collecting suggestions and ideas, adjusting an academic calendar with the curriculum, making a scale of priority, deciding an annual program, making a program draft and making a program proposal. Whereas, the organizational structure is conducted by some steps, those are: committees conference, recording the elected committees and signing the committees decree. Committees of MGMP should make a routine schedule for their meetings. They should have at least one meeting for a month so that the role of MGMP as a sharing center can be effective, make a blog as a media to inform and to communicate with the community, and elect the committees through a conference that is participated by of all the subject teachers. The elected committees are expected to have a good competence, have a responsibility and loyality to the organization.
