Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan informasi mengenai sejauh mana tutor PKBMN 11 Manggarai mampu menggunakan media belajar dalam kegiatan belajar di PKBMN 11 Manggarai, Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian eksperimen sederhana, dengan pendekatan one-group pretest-postest design, dimana perlakuan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerapan program pelatihan media belajar iSpring (variabel x) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan tutor dalam menggunakan media belajar (variabel y) di PKBMN 11 Manggarai, Jakarta Selatan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah orang yang menjadi tutor PKBMN 11 Manggarai yang berjumlah 6 orang. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan multi-instrumen yang terdiri dari instrumen angket, observasi, tes hasil belajar dan penilaian portofolio. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis dengan uji -t dan dengan mendeskripsikan data serta penyajian dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil dari penerapan bimbingan kelompok ini diperoleh melalui pretest dan posttest terhadap hasil dari pelatihan, maka diperoleh nilai rata-rata pada pretest sebesar 8 dari 15 soal yang diujikan, kemudian pada posttes mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 17,8 atau terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dari peserta pelatihan, selain ini pada uji-t didapat bahwa t hitung berada diluar daerah penerimaan H0 atau thitung > tabel (17.265 > 2,57), maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Melalui penelitian ini dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa penerapan program pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi iSpring sebagai media belajar terbukti dapat meningkatkan kompetensi profesional tutor khususnya dalam menggunakan media belajar. ********* This research aims to know the description of and information regarding the extent to which PKBMN 11 Manggarai tutors are capable of learning to use media in learning activities in PKBMN 11 Manggarai, South Jakarta. This research is a type of simple experiments, with research approaches the one-group pretest-posttest design, where the treatments are performed in this research is the application of the media training programer learning iSpring (variabel x) to enhance the ability of the tutors in learning to use media (variable y) in PKBMN 11 Manggarai, South Jakarta. The subject of this research is the one who became tutor PKBMN 11 Manggarai that add up to 6 people. The collection of data on the research done by using multi-instrument consisting of instrumens now, observations, test results and learning assessment portofolio. Technique of data analysis used t-test analysis techniques and by describing the data and the presentation in the form of a percentage. The result of the application of the guidance group pretest and posttest obtained through againts the result of the training, then the obtained average value on the pretest by 8 of the 15 questions to be tested, then on posttest gets an average of 17.8 or an increase in the ability of the trainee, in addition to at t-test was obtained that tcount is outside the reception area or t > count table (17.265 > 2.57), then is rejected and the are received. Throught this research can be obtained from the conclusion that the implementation of the training program the use of iSpring applications as media learn proven professional competence of tutors can increase especially in the use of media study
