Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan informasi mengenai kompetensi tutor khususnya komeptensi tutor pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Negeri se-Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian dilakukan di PKBM Negeri yang berada di 6 kecamatan yang ada di Jakarta Selatan.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah survei dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek peneilitan yang digunakan adalah Tutor Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Negeri Jakarta Selatan responden berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dengan alternatif jawaban Ya/Tidak, skala likert, wawancara terstruktur.Hasil penelitian diketahui kompetensi pedagogi dan andragogi 92.4%, kompetensi kepribadian 98%, kompetensi profesional 90.82%, dan kompetensi sosial 96.69%, hasil tersebut dikatakan kompetensi tutor pendidikan kesetaraan paket C di PKBM Negeri Jakarta Selatan adalah sangat baik. Research carried out in the Country are in PKBM 6 subdistrict of South Jakarta. The type of research conducted the survey is by using a descriptive research methods with quantitative approach.Subject peneilitan used was Tutor Education Equality Package C at the South Jakarta State PKBM respondents amounted to 30 people. Data analysis techniques using the questionnaire enclosed with alternative answers to Yes/No, likert scale, the structured interview. Research results known to the competency of the pedagogy and andragogy 92.4%, personality competence 98%, professional competence 90,82%, and social competence 96.69%, the result is said to be the competence of educational equality package C tutor in South Jakarta PKBM is very good. This means that the tutor educational equality package C has the competence of tutors is very good
