Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja dengan Komitmen Organisasi pada karyawan Divisi Business Development PT X di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 6 bulan terhitung dari bulan Agustus 2020 sampai dengan Januari 2021. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 327 karyawan. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin maka, didapatkan sampel sejumlah 180 responden. Teknik pemilihan responden menggunakan simple random sampling. Untuk pengolahan data, Peneliti mengolah kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Variabel Budaya Organisasi (X1), Kepuasan Kerja (X2) Komitmen Organisasi (Y) merupakan data primer yang berbentuk kuesioner penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.0. Berdasarkan hasil output uji F diketahui nilai Fhitung 45.394 >3,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal tersebut disimpulkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. Diketahui bahwa thitung dari Kepuasan Kerja 2.090 > 1,97346 yang diartikan dengan H0 ditolak. Maka disimpulkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction with Organizational Commitment on the employees of the Business Development Division of PT. X in Jakarta. This research was conducted for 6 months starting from August 2020 to January 2021. The population in tis study amounted to 327 employees. Based on the Slovin formula, a sample of 180 respondents was obtained. The respondent selection technique used simple random sampling. For data processing, the researcher processed the questionnaire using a Likert scale. Organizational Culture Variables (X1), Job Satisfaction (X2) Organizational Commitment (Y) are primary data in the form of a research questionnaire. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 22.0 program. Based on the results of the F test output, it is known that the Fcount value is 45.394 > 3.05, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is concluded that Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction together have an effect on Organizational Commitment. It is known that the tcount of Job Satisfaction 2.090 > 1.97346 which means that H0 is rejected. It is concluded that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
