Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of effectiveness managerial and trust on OCB teacher of state vocational high school in Cilegon. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). The process of data collection is done by using the questionnaire as a research instrument in the study of teacher state vocational high school inCilegon was selected as the unit of analysis with a sample of 120 people is determined by random techniques (simple random sampling). The results show: Firstly, there is the influence of OCB by effectiveness managerial; Secondly, there is the effect on OCB of trust. Third, There is the influence of effectiveness managerial ontrust.
