Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk menghasilkan video sosialisasi sebagai media penambah wawasan dan motivasi berupa video sosialisasi Pendidikan Teknik Informatika dan Komputer Universitas Negeri Jakarta (PTIK UNJ) untuk siswa SMA di DKI Jakarta. Metode pengembangan multimedia dilakukan dalam 6 tahap yaitu (1) tahap concept merupakan tahapan awal dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis multimedia, (2) tahap design perancangan program dimulai dengan menyusun isi program, menentukan urutan penyajian dan menyusun alur pembelajaran yang berupa flowchart, (3) tahap material collecting merupakan tahap lanjutan dari tahap perancangan,(4) tahap assembly merupakan tahap dimana seluruh objek multimedia dibuat,(5) tahap testing pembuatan dan seluruh data telah dimasukan, dan(6) tahap distribution yaitu pembuatan master file serta dokumentasi dalam DVD (Digital Versatile Disc). Penilaian video sosialisasi PTIKUNJ untuk siswa SMA di DKI Jakarta ini dilakukan kepada responden (siswa) sebanyak 98 siswa menggunakan kuisioner. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa dari berbagai aspek, diantaranya, yaitu: (1) dari meningkatkan pengertian atau pemahaman terhadap suatu topik diperoleh prosentase sebesar 85%, (2) aspek meningkatkan daya tarik bagi khalayak diperoleh prosentase sebesar 78%, (3) aspek mengajarkan keahlian lebih efektif diperoleh prosentase sebesar 82%, (4) aspek merangsang khalayak untuk bertindak diperoleh prosentase sebesar 83%, (5) aspekmenumbuhkan sikap yang diinginkan terhadap materi yang dibicarakan diperoleh prosentase sebesar 86%, (6) aspek memperpanjang waktu penyimpanan informasi diperoleh prosentase sebesar 74%, (7) aspekmemberikan perolehan pengalaman yang tidak mudah melalui berbagai cara diperoleh prosentase sebesar 81%. Dari hasil pengujian terhadap siswa yang diperoleh secara keseluruhan, video sosialisasi PTIK FT UNJ bagi siswa SLTA di DKI Jakarta dapat dikategorikan “sangat baik”.Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran video sosialisasi PTIK FT UNJ untuk siswa SMA di DKI Jakarta ini layak untuk digunakan dan dikembangkan. This research a researchdevelopment that aims to produce a video socialization as media enhancer insight and motivation in the form of video socialization of Informatics and Computer Engineering Education State University of Jakarta (PTIKUNJ) for high school students in Jakarta. Multimedia development method has done in six stages: (1) the stage of concept is an initial stage in the multimedia-based learning, (2) the stage of design it begins with preparing the program contents, determine the steps of presentation and devise the learning path, called flowchart, (3) material collecting it is an advanced stage of the design phase, (4) the stage of assembly it is the stage where the whole multimedia object are created, (5) testing of manufacture and all data have been entered, and (6) the stage of distribution, manufacture the master files and documentation with DVD ( Digital Versatile Disc). Results of the socialization of PTIKUNJ video for high school students in Jakarta are done by the researcher and the 98 respondents (students). The conclude of test results is taken through respondents (students) are obtained from various aspects, such as: (1) from improving the understanding or comprehension of a topic are acquired a percentage of 85%, (2) the enhancing aspect of attraction into audience is gained a percentage of 78%, (3) the teaching skill aspect is more effective is obtained of 82%, (4) the aspect of stimulating the audience to act is obtained 83%, (5) growing the desired attitude toward the material aspect is obtained 86%, (6) the extend storage time information aspect is obtained 74%, (7) the providing acquisition of experience which is not easy through various is obtained 81%. From the test results through students is concluded that socialization PTIK UNJ video for high school students in Jakarta can be categorized as "very good". Based on the results of the assessment and feedback can be concluded that the video instructional media socialization PTIKUNJ for high school students in Jakarta is feasible to be used and developed.
