Abstract
This research objective is to know and analyze the effect of leadership from its power and negotiation perspective and personality (extraversion) toward decision making. The research method uses expost facto. The samples are 80 respondents taken by multistage random sampling. The data collected through questionnaire had been tried out on validity and reliability. The analyzed data used ANAVA two ways. Before being analyzed, the data are tested by their normality and homogeneity. The result of this study are: (1) Overall, the decision making is different between the teachers who perceiving their leader has a legitimate power and expert power leadership, (2) Overall, teachers’s decision making are different between extrovert and introvert personality, (3) The extrovert personality’s teachers have higher decision making if they perceive their leader have legitimate power leadership, (4) The introvert personality’s teachers have higher decision making if they perceive their leader have expert power leadership, (5) There are an interaction effect between leadership and personality on the teacher’s decision making.
