Abstract
The aims of this research to know the effect of entrepreneurial skills and intrapersonal intelligence toward self-confidence of kindergarten group B in Tegal regency. The subject of research are 118 children. The method of this study is quantitative research with causal technique, whereas the data analysis technique used is the method of path analysis. Based on statistical calculations, the value of the correlation coefficient between the variables of entrepreneurial skills with confidence, the coefficient values was 0.844 and 0.528 for the path. The correlation coefficient between intrapersonal intelligence variables with confidence at 0.822 and path coefficient value was 0.365. The correlation coefficient between the variables of entrepreneurial skills with intrapersonal intelligence at 0.865 and path coefficient value of 0.865. The results of this study show that: 1) there is a significant direct effect between the skills of entrepreneurship to the confidence of 52.8%; 2) there is a significant direct effect between intrapersonal intelligence to the confidence of 36.5%; 3) there is a significant direct effect between the skills of entrepreneurship against 86.5% intrapersonal intelligence; 4) there is a significant indirect effect between entrepreneurial skills towards confidence through intrapersonal intelligence was 31.57%. The conclusion of this study is if you want to increase the confidence, so the skills of entrepreneurship should be given an early age children with attention intrapersonal intelligence
