Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kekuatan, kelentukan dan percaya diri dengan ketepatan menembak pada permainan hoki. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada atlit hoki DKI Jakarta 2015, dengan sampel 40 0rang Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: Pertama, ada korelasi antara kekuatan dengan ketepatan menembak. Regresi linear adalah . Koefisien korelasi 0.2008. ini berarti kekuatan otot lengan dan ketepatan menembak pada permainan hoki adalah 27%. Kedua, ada korelasi antara kelentukan dengan ketepatan menembak. Regresi linear adalah . Koefisien korelasi 0.464. ini berarti kelentukan dan ketepatan menembak pada permainan hoki adalah 21.5% Ketiga, ada korelasi antara percaya diri dengan ketepatan menembak. Regresi linear adalah Ŷ = 12.39 + 4.10 X3. Koefisien korelasi 0.577. ini berarti percaya diri dan ketepatan menembak pada permainan hoki adalah 33% Keempat, ada korelasi antara kekuatan, kelentukan dan percaya diri dengan ketepatan menembak. Regresi linear adalah Ŷ = - 0.55 + 0.31 X1 + 0.401 X2 + 0.309 X3. Koefisien korelasi 0.774. ini berarti kelentukan dan ketepatan menembak pada permainan hoki adalah 59.9% The objective of the research is a determine the correlation between strength, flexibility and self-confidence with accuracy shooting of Hockey. This research was conducted at athlete training area DKI Jakarta 2015, with sample 40 respondents selected by total sampling. The result of this research are follow. First, there is positive correlation between strength with accuracy of shooting. The linear regression is Ŷ = 34.66 + 0.31 X1. The correlation coefficient 0.2008. It’s mean the strength with accuracy shooting hockey is 27%. Second, there is positive correlation between flexibility with accuracy of shooting. The linear regression is Ŷ= 36.69 + 0.27 X2. The correlation coefficient 0.464. It’s mean the flexibility with accuracy shooting hockey is 21.5%. Third, there is positive correlation between self-confidence with accuracy of shooting. The linear regression is Ŷ =12.39 + 4.10 X3. The correlation coefficient 0.577. It’s mean the with accuracy shooting hockey is 33%. Fourth, there is positive correlation between strength, flexibility and self-confidence with accuracy of shooting. The linear regression is Ŷ = - 0.55 + 0.31 X1 + 0.401 X2 + 0.309 X3. The correlation coefficient 0.774. It’s mean the strength with accuracy shooting hockey is 59.9%.
