Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dan Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki Terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi pada Atlet Kyorugi Taekwondo Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Serba Guna (GSG) dan Lab Somatokinetika Kampus B Universitas Negeri Jakarta, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik korelasi. Dimana daya ledak otot tungkai menggunakan standing broad jump, koordinasi mata dan kaki menggunakan quick trainer senoh dan kecepatan tendangan dwi hurigi menggunakan metode kinovea. Pengambilan dan pengolahan data ini berlangsung pada tanggal 3 juni 2016. Diawali dengan menggunakan tes daya ledak otot tungkai, lalu tes koordinasi mata dan kaki dan terakhir tes kecepatan tendangan dwi hurigi pada atlet kyorugi taekwondo Universitas Negeri Jakarta yang aktif latihan dan mengikuti pertandingan sebanyak 20 orang. Hubungan antara daya ledak otot tungkai Terhadap Hasil kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi dinyatakan oleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 16.74 + 0.665 X1. Artinya hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi dapat diketahui atau diperkirakan dengan persamaan regresi tersebut, jika variabel Daya Ledak iii Otot Tungkai (X1) diketahui. Hubungan antara Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai (X1) terhadap hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi (Y) ditunjukan oleh koefisien korelasi ry1 = 0,665. Dari uji keberartian koefisien korelasi diatas terlihat bahwa t.hitung = 3.78 lebih Besar dari t,tabel = 1.73 berarti koefisienkorelasi ry1= 0,665 adalah signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang mengatakan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Terhadap Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi diterima. Koefisien determinasi Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai Terhadap hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi ry1²) = 0,442 hal ini berarti 44,2% Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi (Y) ditentukan oleh Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai (X1). Hubungan antara Koordinasi mata dan kaki Terhadap hasil Kecepatan Ŷ = 17.95 + 0.641 X2. Tendangan Dwi Hurigi dinyatakan oleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 16.63 + 0.607 X2. Artinya hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi dapat diketahui atau diperkirakan dengan persamaan regresi tersebut, jika variabel Test Keseimbangan (X2) diketahui. Hubungan antara Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki (X2) Terhadap hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi (Y) ditunjukan oleh koefisien korelasi ry2 = 0,641. Koefisien korelasi tersebut harus diuji terlebih dahulu mengenai keberartiannya, sebelum digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Dari uji keberartian koefisien korelasi diatas terlihat bahwa t.hitung = 3.54 lebih Besar dari ttabel = 1.73 berarti koefisienkorelasi ry1= 0.641 adalah signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang mengatakan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki terhadap hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi diterima. Koefisien determinasi Hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi dengan Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki (ry2²) = 0.641 hal ini berarti bahwa 64.1 % hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi ditentukan oleh Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki (X2). Hubungan antara Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai (X1) dan Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki Terhadap Hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi (Y) ) dinyatakan oleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 2.985 + 0.490 X1 + 0.450 X2. Sedangkan iv hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut dinyatakan oleh koefisien korelasi ganda Ry1-2 = 0.784 Koefisien korelasi ganda tersebut, harus di uji terlebih dahulu mengenai keberartiannya sebelum digunakan untuk mengambil kesimpulan. Uji keberartian koefisien korelasi di atas terlihat bahwa F.hitung = 4.45 lebih besar dari F.tabel = 4.45 yang berarti koefisien korelasi ganda tersebut Ry1-2 = 0.851 adalah signifikan. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang mengatakan terdapat hubungan yang Positif antara Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dan Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki terhadap hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi di dukung oleh data penelitian, yang berarti meningkatnya Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dan Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki maka akan meningkat pula hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi. Koefisien determinasi (Ry1.2.) 2 = 0.615 hal ini berarti bahwa 61.5% hasil Kecepatan Tendangan Dwi Hurigi ditentukan oleh Daya Ledak Otot Tungkai dan Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki secara bersama-sama This research was conducted at the Multipurpose Building (GSG) and Campus B Lab Somatokinetika Jakarta State University, using quantitative methods and the correlation techniques. The relationship between the Coordination of Eye and Foot (X2) By Dwi Hurigi Free Kick (Y) indicated by ry2 correlation coefficient = 0,641. The correlation coefficient should be tested in advance of significance include, before it is used to draw conclusions. Test the significance of the correlation coefficient above shows that t.hitung = 3.54 Greater than table = 1.73 means koefisienkorelasi ry1 = 0.641 is significant. Thus the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between the Coordination of Eye and Foot Free-kick on the results Dwi Hurigi accepted. The coefficient of determination results Dwi Free kick Hurigi with Eye Coordination and Feet (ry2²) = 0.641, this means that 64.1% of the Kick Speed Dwi Hurigi determined by the Coordination Eyes and Feet (X2). The relationship between the Explosive Muscle Power Limbs (X1) and the Coordination of Eye and Foot Free Kick Against Results Dwi Hurigi (Y)) is expressed by the regression equation Y = 2,985 + 0.490 X1 + 0.450 X2. While the relationship between these three variables declared by multiple correlation coefficient = 0784 Ry1-2 the multiple correlation coefficient, should be tested in advance of or significance before it is used to draw conclusions. Significance test of correlation coefficient above shows that F.hitung = 4.45 is greater than F.tabel = 4.45 which means that the multiple correlation vii coefficient Ry1-2 = 0851 is significant. Thus the hypothesis that there is a relationship that is positive between Power Explosive Muscle Limbs and Coordination Eyes and Feet on the results of Free Kick Dwi Hurigi supported by research data, which means increased power Explosive Muscle Limbs and Coordination of Eye and Foot will increase as well the results of Free Kick Dwi Hurigi. The coefficient of determination (Ry1.2.) 2 = 0615, this means that 61.5% of the Kick Speed Dwi Hurigi determined by Explosive Muscle Power Coordination limbs and eyes and legs together.
