Abstract

Dalam menjalankan kegiatan usahanya, setiap perusahaan tentunya memiliki keinginan untuk meningkatkan kemakmuran pemilik. Nilai perusahaan merupakan cerminan dari kemakmuran pemilik perusahaan. Dalam meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, terdapat berbagai faktor yang perlu dipertimbangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang dianggap penting dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan seperti intellectual capital dan struktur modal Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan finance yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2009-2010. Perusahaan yang diambil adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di sektor bang dan finance institution dan selama periode penelitian memperoleh laba bersih. adapun sampel tersebut diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Model analisis regresi yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV) yaitu intellectual capital dan struktur modal dimana nilai signifikansi dari masing-masing variable lebih kecil dari 5%. In the course of its business, every company must have a desire to increase the prosperity of the owner. Firm value is a reflection of the prosperity of the company owner. In raising the firm value, there are many factors to consider. This study aims to determine the factors that are considered important in efforts to enchance the company value as intellectual capital and capital structure. The population in this research are the finance company that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2009-2010. In this research samples are taken using purposive sampling method which is samples must be meet the requirement such as the company must have net profit throughout the research period in order to used in this research. The regression model used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicate that both variables have a significant effect on the firm value (PBV) are intellectual capital and capital structure in which the significance of each variable is less than 5% on the t- test.
