Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara learning goal orientation dan self-efficacy dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Parida Shoes Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan terhitung mulai bulan November 2010 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Parida Shoes Jakarta sebanyak 90 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik acak proporsional (proportional random sampling). Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 72 karyawan berdasarkan taraf kesalahan 5%. Untuk data variabel learning goal orientation (X1) dan self-efficacy (X2) diperoleh melalui instrumen berbentuk kuesioner. Untuk data variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) diperoleh dari PT. Parida Shoes Jakarta. Sebelum digunakan, dilakukan uji validitas konstruk melalui proses validasi (X1) dan (X2) yaitu perhitungan koefisien korelasi skor butir dengan skor total dan uji reliabilitas dengan rumus Alpha Cronbrach. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh 6 butir pernyataan yang tidak valid untuk learning goal orientation (X1) dari 30 butir pernyataan, sehingga sebanyak 24 butir pernyataan yang digunakan untuk penelitian. Sedangkan hasil perhitungan untuk self-efficacy (X2) diperoleh 5 butir pernyataan yang tidak valid dari 31 butir pernyataan, sehingga sebanyak 26 butir pernyataan yang digunakan untuk penelitian. Hasil reliabilitas instrument variabel learning goal orientation dan self-efficacy sebesar 0,897 dan 0,907. Uji persyaratan analisis dilakukan dengan menentukan uji normalitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Uji normalitas galat taksiran dilakukan pada persamaan regresi sederhana yaitu : Ŷ = 5,431+0,717X1 dan Ŷ = -8,053+0,916X2. Untuk persamaan regresi Ŷ = a+bX1 diperoleh nilai Lhitung 0,064, sedangkan untuk persamaan regresi Ŷ = a+bX2 sebesar 0,090 dan Ltabel dengan n=72 dan α=0.05, maka Lhitung < Ltabel yang dinyatakan kedua persamaan tersebut adalah normal. Untuk uji asumsi klasik digunakan dengan mencari persamaan regresi ganda yaitu : Ŷ = - 44,262+0,587X1+0,727X2. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian regresi berganda menghasilkan Fhitung (18,416) > Ftabel (3,11) yang berarti persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Uji koefisien korelasi product moment berganda menghasilkan ry12 = 0,590. Hasil penelitian tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara learning goal orientation (X1) dan self-efficacy (X2) dengan kinerja karyawan. Dengan uji koefisien determinasi atau penentu diperoleh hasil 34,8 % variabel kinerja karyawan (Y) ditentukan oleh learning goal orientation (X1) dan self-efficacy (X2). This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between learning goal orientation and self-efficacy with the performance of employees at PT. Parida Shoes Jakarta. This research was carried out for three months starting from November 2010 until January 2011. The method used is a survey method and correlational approach. The population was all employees of PT. Parida Shoes Jakarta, as many as 90 employees. The sampling technique was done by using random proportional (proportional random sampling). Samples were taken of 72 employees based on a 5% error level. For data learning goal orientation variable (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) obtained through questionnaire-shaped instrument. For data and employee performance variable (Y) obtained from the PT. Parida Shoes Jakarta. Before use, test construct validity through a validation process (X1) and (X2), the calculation of correlation coefficient score points with the total score and reliability testing with alpha formula Cronbrach. Based on the calculation results obtained by six items that are not valid claims for learning goal orientation (X1) of the 30 point declaration, so that as many as 24 eggs a statement that is used for research. While the results of calculations for the self-efficacy (X2) obtained 5 grains invalid statement from 31 the statement, so that as many as 26 point statement that is used for research. Results instrumental variable reliability learning goal orientation and self-efficacy of 0.897 and 0.907. Test requirement analysis is done by determining the normality test and classical assumption. Estimated error normality test performed on a simple regression equation is: Y = 5.431+0.717X1 and Y= -8.053+0.916X2. For the regression equation Y = a+bX1 obtained Lcount 0.064, while for the regression equation Y = a+bX2 amounted to 0.090 and Ltable with n=72 and α= 0.05, then Lcount < Ltable expressed both these equations is normal. To test the classical assumption used by searching multiple regression equation is: Y= -44.262+0.587X1+0.727X2. Testing the hypothesis with multiple regression significance test produces Fcount (18.416)> Ftable (3.11) which means the regression equation is significant. Test of product moment correlation coefficient of multiple produce ry12 = 0.590. The research results concluded that there is a positive relationship between learning goal orientation (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) with employee performance. With a coefficient of determination or determining test result 34.8% employee performance variable (Y) is determined by the learning goal orientation (X1) and self-efficacy (X2).
