Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui 1) Deskripsi pengalaman kerja, disiplin kerja dan produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Home Credit Indonesia 2) Pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Home Credit Indonesia 3) Pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Home Credit Indonesia 4) Apakah model penelitian pengalaman kerja dan disiplin kerja dapat memprediksikan karyawan pada PT Home Credit Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 161 orang karyawan divisi Field Agent PT Home Credit Indonesia. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey yaitu dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang kemudia diolah dengan program SPSS 24. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan explanatory. Hasil dari regresi menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan model penelitian pengalaman kerja dan disiplin kerja dapat memprediksikan produktivitas kerja karyawan divisi field agant PT Home Credit Indonesia dengan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel (94,050>3,05) dan signifikansi (0,000<0,05). Nilai R2 atau koefisien determinasi pada penelitian sebesar 0,543 atau 54,3%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja dan disiplin kerja PT Home Credit Home sebesar 54,3%. The purpose of this research are: To know 1) Description of work experience, work discipline and work productivity of employees of PT Home Credit Indonesia 2) Effect of work experience on employee work productivity at PT Home Credit Indonesia 3) Effect of work discipline on employee work productivity of PT Home Credit Indonesia 4) Does the work experience research model and work discipline can predict employees at PT Home Credit Indonesia. This study was conducted on 161 employees of the Field Agent division of PT Home Credit Indonesia. Data collection techniques using survey methods, namely by distributing questionnaires which were then processed with the SPSS 2.4 program. This research uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the regression show that there is a positive and significant effect between work experience on employee work productivity, there is a positive and significant effect between work discipline on employee work productivity, and the work experience research model and work discipline can predict the work productivity of PT Home Credit field division employees Indonesia with a value of Fcount>Ftable (94.050> 3.05) and significance (0.000 <0.05). The value of R2 or the coefficient of determination in the study was 0.543 or 54.3%. This shows that work productivity is influenced by work experience and work discipline of PT Home Credit Home by 54.3%.
