Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara aktualisasi diri (self actualization) dengan prestasi belajar siswa pada jurusan akuntansi di SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan data ex post facto dan pendekatan korelasional, Data yang digunakan didapat dari hasil kuesioner dan data dari sekolah. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara sampling acak proposional (Proportional Random Technique). Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah 76 siswa dan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan table isacc dan michael adalah 65 siswa. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ŷ = 69.37 + 0.10 X. Dari persamaan tersebut, dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors didapat Lo < Lt (0,055 < 0,109). Hal itu berarti data berdistribusi normal. Pada uji kelinieran regresi didapat hasil Fh < Ft (0,36 < 1,80) yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi berbentuk linier. Sedangkan untuk uji keberartian didapat Fh > Ft (7,11 > 4.00 yang menandakan bahwa persamaan regresi signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan product moment dari Pearson diperoleh nilai rxy = 0,31. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara aktualisasi diri dengan prestasi belajar siswa jurusan akuntansi di SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. The purpose of this research is to get information about how far the relationship between self-actualization (self-actualization) with student achievement in the accounting department at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. The research method that used is quantitative method with the data ex post facto and correlational approach, which used data obtained from questionnaires and data from the school. The sampling technique used in this study are proportional random sampling (Random Proportional Technique). Affordable population in this study were 76 students and the samples used by table Isacc and michael is 65 students. Regression equation in this study were Y = 69.37 + 0.10X From these equations, test requirements analysis conducted by the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X obtained by test liliefors Lo <Lt (0.055 <0.109). That means the data are normally distributed. On the linearity of regression test results obtained Fh <Ft (0.36 <1.80) which can be concluded that the linear form of regression model. As for the test keberartian obtained Fh> ft (7.11> 4.00) indicating that a significant regression equation. The test results by using the correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment values obtained rxy = 0.31. This means there is a positive relationship between self-actualization with learning achievement of students majoring in accounting at SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta.
