Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa melalui fingerprint presensi (studi kualitatif di SMP Diponegoro 1 Jakarta), latar belakang terjadinya Pembinaan Kedisplinan Siswa melalui Fingerprint Presensi. Serta mengetahui perilaku kedisiplinan siswa setelah menggunakan fingerprint presensi di SMP Diponegoro 1 Jakarta secara kontinuitas. SMP Diponegoro 1 Jakarta merupakan sekolah yang berada di Jakarta yang mengadakan Program Fingerprint Presensi sebagai Mesin Absensi di sekolah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai Februari sampai Mei 2020. . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dalam teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa observasi, dokumentasi, serta wawancara kepada informan yaitu siswa kelas VII (Tujuh) sepuluh orang yang mengikuti dan merasakan perubahan data terhadap Pembinaan Kedisiplinan Siswa melalui Fingerprint Presensi, dan informan guru pembimbing. Peneliti juga melakukan wawancara dengan key informan yaitu Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan. Untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi dengan akurat dan dilengkapi oleh pendapat ahli (Expert Opinion). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dengan menggunakan fingerprint cukup baik karena dilakukan secara kontinou, terukur, dan memacu siswa untuk disiplin. Penerapannya dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara antara lain. Pertama, siswa masuk jam 06.30 WIB dan bersalaman dengan guru pembimbing ketika tiba disekolah. Kedua, siswa diarahkan oleh guru pembimbing untuk melakukan presensi, menuju mesin fingerprint yang berada didepan ruang guru. Ketiga, hasil absensi kemudian di rekap oleh guru IT dan diprint, kemudian diberikan oleh wali kelas. Keempat, dari hasil data fingerprint tersebut siswa kemudian diabsen kembali didalam kelas. Untuk memastikan siswa tersebut hadir atau tidak. Kelima, jika tidak hadir, siswa dapat SMS dari sekolah untuk orangtua. Selain itu tindakan atau hukuman yang dapat diberikan oleh guru pembimbing dapat berupa teguran, pengurangan penilaian, dan mendapatkan surat peringatan kepada orangtua seminggu sekali. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan diadakannya program pembinaan kedisiplinan siswa melalui fingerprint presensi data kedisiplinan siswa yang telah diterapkan oleh sekolah sudah cukup baik, tujuan pembinaan dilakukan untuk memotivasi, melatih, serta mempermudah perancangan evaluasi. Serta penerapan dapat dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan, dan tindakan. * This research aims to know the coaching of students discipline through fingerprint of presences (qualitative study at SMP Diponegoro 1 Jakarta), the background of the development of student Discipline through fingerprint of presences. As well as knowing the behavior of student discipline after using Fingerprint presence in SMP Diponegoro 1 Jakarta continuity. SMP Diponegoro 1 Jakarta is a school located in Jakarta that holds the Fingerprint Program of presences as attendance machine at school. The study was implemented from February to May 2020. The method of research used is descriptive with a qualitative approach in the data collection techniques in the form of observation, documentation, and interviews to the informant, i.e. a class VII students (seven) who follow and feel the change of data on the development of student discipline through Fingerprint of the presences, and guidance teacher informant. Researchers also conducted interviews with the key informant, the vice principal of student affairs. To obtain data and information accurately and provided by expert opinion. The results showed that the coaching discipline of students conducted by the school using fingerprints is good because it is done continuously, measured, and spur students to discipline. The application can be implemented in other ways. First, the student entered AT 06.30 WIB and was in a hands-on with a mentor teacher when he arrived. Secondly, the student is directed by the guiding teacher to perform the presences, to the fingerprint machine in front of the teacher's room. Third, the outcome of attendance then in recap BY an IT teacher and printed, then given by the class guardian. Fourth, from the results of the fingerprint data students then Diabsen back in the class. To make sure the student is present or not. Fifth, if not present, students can SMS from school to parents. In addition, actions or penalties that can be given by a mentor teacher can be a strike, a reduction in judgment, and get a warning letter to a parent once a week. The conclusion in this study is with the establishment of student discipline coaching programs through the fingerprint -holding of the student discipline data that has been applied by the school has been good enough, the purpose of coaching is done to motivate, train, and facilitate the design of evaluation. And implementation can be implemented with several stages, and actions.
