Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara Integritas Dengan Kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama dua bulan terhitung mulai bulan Mei sampai dengan bulan Juni 2010. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT Jayatama Selaras Cileungsi, Bogor Teknik Pengambilan sample adalah simple random sampling sebanyak 146 orang karyawan. Untuk Instrumen yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data variabel X (integritas) diperoleh dari laporan hasil tes integritas karyawan. Untuk variabel Y (kinerja karyawan) diperoleh dari Penilaian kinerja karyawan pada PT Jayatama Selaras Cileungsi, Bogor. Teknik analisis data di mulai dengan mencari persamaan regresi sederhana dan diperoleh persamaan regresi Ŷ = 51,92 + 0,324X, sedangkan uji persyaratan analisis yaitu uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y dan X dengan uji liliefors diperoleh Lhitung 0,071 < Ltabel 0,073 variabel X (integritas) dan 0,046 < Ltabel 0,073 variabel Y (kinerja karyawan), Hal ini berarti sampel berasal dari populasi berdistribusi normal. Uji Keberartian dan kelinieran regresi menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA) diperoleh persamaan regresi Fhitung 40,27 > Ftabel 3,92 yang menyatakan regresi sangat berarti serta uji linieritas regresi menghasilkan Fhitung 0,91 < Ftabel 1,51 yang menunjukkan bahwa model regresi yang digunakan adalah linier. Uji hipotesis koefisien korelasi hubungan dilakukan dengan product moment menghasilkan Rxy= 0,467 ini berarti hubungan antara dua variabel tersebut kuat. Uji signifikansi dengan thitung sebesar 6,35 dan ttabel sebesar 1,66. Karena thitung > ttabel, dari penelitian diatas maka peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara integritas dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT Jayatama Selaras Cileungsi, Bogor. Uji koefisien determinasi menghasilkan KD sebesar 21,85%, hal ini berarti variasi dengan variabel Y dipengaruhi oleh variabel X sebesar 21,85%. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara integritas dengan kinerja karyawan. The method used is a survey method and correlational approach. Watchfulness population Employee at PT Jayatama Selaras Cileungsi, Bogor. Sample taking technique simple random sampling as much as sample of 146 employees. instrument that used to gate to get variable X (integrity) is obtained from the consolidated results of tests the integrity of employees. For the Y variable (employees performance) obtained from the performance assessment of employees at PT Jayatama Selaras Cileungsi, Bogor. The data analysis technique is begun with look for simple regression similarity and got regression similarity Ŷ = 51,92 + 0,324X, while the test requirements of normality test error analysis of the estimated regression of Y and X with liliefors test obtained Lcount 0,071 < 0,073 Ltable variable X (integrity) and Lcount 0,046 < Ltabel 0,073 varible Y (employees performance), This means that sample population derived from normal distribution. Significancy test and regression linearity by using analysis table varians (anava) got regression similarity Fcount 40.27 > 3.92 Ftable stating that declare regression very mean with regression linearity test that produce Fcount 0.91 < Ftable 1.51 that show that regression linierity test that produce indicating that the regression model used is linear. Correlation coefficient hypothesis testing is done by product moment produces Rxy = 0.467 This means connection between two variables is strong. significance test with thitung as big as 6.35 and thitung as big as 1.66. Because tcount > ttable, from watchfulness result so researcher can conclude that found correlation significant between integrity and performance of employee at PT Jayatama Selaras Cileungsi, Bogor. Determination coefficient test produces KD as big as 21.85% KD, this means that the variation with variable Y influenced by variable X at 21.85%. Then it can be concluded there is a positive and significant correlation between the integrity of employee performance.
