Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara karyawan shift dan non shift dalam membagi waktu untuk mengurus rumah tangga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dengan pendekatan komparatif. Jenis pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability Sampling dengan teknik sampel jenuh sebanyak 60 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner. Data yang terkumpul diuji menggunakan pengujian hipotesis komparatif dua sampel dengan rumus t test polled varian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa thitung < ttabel = -5,726 < 2,001 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau α = 0,05, maka kesimpulannya Ho diterima atau Ha ditolak yang artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan antara manajemen waktu karyawan shift dan non shift dalam pengelolaan rumah tangga. The aim of this study is to determine the difference between shift and non-shift employees in dividing the time to take care of the household. The research method is using a survey with comparative approachment. The type of sampling is using nonprobability sampling with saturated sample technique of 60 respondents. The data is collected using a questionnaire. The collected data is tested using two samples comparative hypothesis testing with t test polled variants formula. These results indicate that tcount < ttable = - 5.726 < 2.001 with 5% significance level or α = 0.05, then the conclusion is Ho is accepted or Ha is rejected, which means there is no difference between the time management of shift and non-shift employee in household management.
