Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan utnuk melihat hasil bustier dengan sistem pola Hellen Joseph Armstorng. Sistem tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai acuan pembuatan pola bustier untuk wanita berpayudara besar dengan selisih ukuran lingkar badan dengan lingkar bawah dada diatas 14 cm, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil bustier untuk wanita berpayudara besar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Pengambilan data dengan cara menilai hasil bustier yang dikenakan oleh 5 orang model menggunakan lembar observasi yang berisi tentang pertanyaan mengenai hasil bustier dan dinilai oleh 5 orang panelis yang ahli dibidang tata busana. Sistem penilaian menggunakan rating scaleyang dibuat dengan rentang nilai 3-1. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dalam penelitian ini dapat dikatakan bahwa hasil bustier untuk wanita berpayudara besar pada sub indikator, penampilan garis dada atas, penampilan garis bawah dada/empire dan penampilan bagian bust dengan menggunakan sistem pola Hellen Joseph Armstrong adalah bustier B dinilai sangat baik, sedangkan untuk bustier A, C, E dinilai baik dan untuk bustier D dikatakan kurang baik. Walaupun begitu dari kelima bustier A,B,C,D dan E sistem pola Hellen Joseph Armstrong sudah dikatakan baik pada indikator yang lainnya. Harus dilakukan pengecekan kembali pada ukuran lingkar dada atas dan bawah dada (empire), serta memberi penyangga lebih banyak atau tambahan perpotongan seperti garis princess supaya mendapatkan hasil bustier yang baik untuk wanita berpayudara besar. This study aims to seethe results Bustier with Hellen Joseph Armstorng pattern system. The system can be used as a reference pattern making for large breasted women bustier for large breasted women with a gap size circumference of the body below the chest circumference above 14 cm, to find the results of bustier for large breasted women. This research using quantitative descriptive method using observation sheet valuation. Data retrival by assessing the results bustierweared by 5 models and using observation sheet contains questions about the results bustier rated by 5 panelists who are experts in the field of fashion. The scoring system using a rating scale that is made with a range of grades 3-1. Based on the results of the assessment in this study can be said that the results bustier for a large breasted women in the sub-indicators, the appearance of lines upper chest, the appearance of lines below the chest / empire and appearance parts bust using pattern system Hellen Joseph Armstrong is bustier B rated excellent, while for bustier A, C, E rated good and for bustier Drated to be less good. However from the fifth bustier A, B, C, D and E Hellen Joseph Armstrong pattern system is already good on other sub-indicators. Checks should be back on the size of chest circumference upper and lower chest (empire), and provide more support or additional lines of intersection as a princess in order to get a good result bustier for large breasted women.
