Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejauh mana guru berperan dalam mencegah perilaku LGBT di SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta karena adanya perilaku pada siswa yang cenderung mengarah kepada perilaku LGBT. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dimana peneliti akan mengumpukan data sedalam mungkin sesuai kejadian di lapangan dan menjabarkannya dalam bentuk deskripsi. Guru PAI sebagai pendidik profesional memiliki berbagai peran seperti yang diatur UU no.14 tahun 2005 dan PP no. 74 tahun 2008, yakni mendidik, mengajar, melatih, mengarahkan, membimbing, menilai dan evaluator. Peneliti akan menganalisis peran guru sebagai pendidik, pengajar, pelatih, pembimbing dan evaluator dalam proses pencegahan LGBT di SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan jika guru PAI telah melakukan berbagai upaya pencegahan diantaranya berupa pendekatan, kegiatan, kordinasi dan pembelajaran di kelas. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa guru PAI telah menerapkan berbagai peran, diantaranya : 1) Sebagai pendidik, Guru PAI menjadi perilaku yang dapat dicontoh oleh siswa dan menguasai pengetahuan tentang perilaku LGBT, 2) Sebagai pengajar, guru PAI telah mengembangkan pembelajaran di kelas tentang materi yang bersinggungan dengan LGBT 3) Sebagai pembimbing, Guru PAI berperan sebagai orang tua siswa di sekolah dengan melakukan pendekatan secara intens, baik secara psikologis, teologis maupun intelektual kepada siswa yang terindikasi, 4) Sebagai pelatih, Guru PAI melatih siswa dalam membiasakan siswa berpakaian sesuai syariat islam dan 5) Sebagai evaluator, Guru PAI melakukan berbagai evaluasi terhadap siswa yakni memberikan nilai sikap C dan tidak meluluskan siswa jika perbuatan siswa telah melampaui batas dalam perilaku LGBT. Pencegahan LGBT tersebut memiliki dukungan, yakni, sepakatnya semua pihak di sekolah tentang perilaku LGBT, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, sumber belajar yang memadai, dan orangtua yang mendukung. Faktor penghambat diantaranya kurangnya pengaplikasian oleh siswa, kurangnya pengawasan pada siswa dan kurang maksimalnya kordinasi guru PAI. This study aims to describe the extent to which PAI teachers play a role in preventing LGBT behavior in SMA Negeri 21 Jakarta because of behavior in students that tends to lead to LGBT behavior. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method where the researcher will collect data as deep as possible according to the events in the field and describe it in the form of a description. PAI teachers as professional educators have various roles such as those regulated in UU No. 14 of 2005 and PP no. 74 of 2008, namely educating, teaching, training, directing, guiding, valuing and evaluating. The researcher will analyze the role of the teacher as an educator, teacher, trainer, mentor and evaluator in the LGBT prevention process in Jakarta State High School 21. The results of the study indicate that PAI teachers have made various prevention efforts, including approaches, activities, coordination and learning in the classroom. The results of the analysis indicate that PAI teachers have implemented various roles, including: 1) As educators, PAI teachers become behaviors that can be emulated by students and master LGBT behavioral knowledge, 2) As teachers, PAI teachers have developed classroom learning about tangent material with LGBT 3) As a mentor, PAI Teachers act as parents of students in the school by approaching intensely, both psychologically, theologically and intellectually to indicated students, 4) As trainers, PAI Teachers train students in accustoming students to dress according to Islamic sharia and 5) As evaluators, PAI Teachers conduct various evaluations of students, namely giving C values and not passing students if the students' actions have exceeded the limits of LGBT behavior. The prevention of LGBT has support, the agreement of all parties in the school about LGBT behavior, adequate facilities and infrastructure, adequate learning resources, and supporting parents. The inhibiting factors include the lack of application by students, lack of supervision on students and the lack of optimal coordination of PAI teachers
