Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas sanad dan matan hadits mengenai homoseksualitas. Adapun teori yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori penelitian hadits secara tematik/maudhu’i tentang hadits homoseksualitas. Tahap-tahap yang dilakukan penulis dalam penelitian ini yaitu dimulai dari definisi sanad hadits, identifikasi hadits (takhrijul hadits, i’tibar hadits dan skema sanad hadits, biografi mukharijul hadits), metode penelitian kualitas sanad hadits, dan metode penelitian kualitas matan hadits serta mendeskripsikan pemaknaan hadits mengenai homoseksualitas.Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, jika dilihat dari hasil identifikasi hadits melalui metode takhrij bil lafzi dan bil maudhu’ pada kitab kutubut tis’ah, maka penulis mendapatkan 7 hadits mengenai homoseksualitas yakni 2 hadits utama dan 5 hadits pembanding. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sanad dari hadits Tirmidzi, hadits tersebut berkualitas hasan li ghairihi dan tergolong hadits marfu, dan jika dilihat dari segi jumlah periwayatan tergolong ke dalam hadits ahad gharib. Sedangkan pada hadits Bukhori sanadnya berkualitas shahih li dzatihi dan tergolong ke dalam hadis marfu’, serta jika dilihat dari segi periwayatan hadis Bukhori tergolong hadis mutawatir. Kedua hadis tersebut tidak bertentangan dengan al-Qur’an, hadits shahih lainnya dan akal sehat, maka kualitas matan kedua hadis tersebut yaitu shahih dan tergolong sebagai hadis berdasarkan makna (riwayah bil ma’na). tergolong hadis riwayah bil ma’na karena hadis tersebut berbeda lafal matannya tetapi makna sama dan saling menguatkan. This study aims to analyze the quality of sanad and the traditions of the hadith regarding homosexuality. The theory that the author uses in this research is the thematic / maudhu'i hadith research theory about the hadith of homosexuality. The stages carried out by the author in this study are starting from the definition of the hadith, the identification of hadith (takhrijul hadith, the hadith and schema of the hadith, the biography of the hadith hadith), the method of research on the quality of the hadith, and the method of research on the quality of hadith and describing the meaning of the hadith concerning homosexuality. The results of this study are, if seen from the results of the hadith identification through the takhrij bil lafzi method and bil maudhu 'in the book of tubis tis'ah, the author gets 7 hadiths on homosexuality, namely 2 main hadiths and 5 comparative hadiths. Based on the results of the analysis of the sanad from the Tirmidhi hadith, the hadith is hasan li ghairihi quality and belongs to the marfu hadith, and when viewed in terms of the number of narratives belonging to the ahad gharib hadith. Whereas in the Bukhori hadith the sanad is quality saheeh dzatihi and belongs to the hadith of marfu ', and if viewed from the aspect of the narration of the hadith of Bukhori belonging to the tradition of mutawatir. Both of these traditions do not conflict with the Qur'an, other saheeh traditions and common sense, so the quality of the two traditions of the hadith is saheeh and classified as hadith based on meaning (riwayah bil ma'na). belonging to the hadith of riwayah bil ma'na because the hadith is different in its pronunciation but the meaning is the same and mutually reinforcing.
