Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan layanan bimbingan klasikal dalam program bimbingan konseling karier untuk meningkatkan employability skill peserta didik SMK kelas X. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X di satu sekolah yang berjumlah 108 di tiga kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Simple Random Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrument employability skill. Instrumen penelitian dianalisis berdasarkan 3 jenjang kategori yaitu tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik uji Independent Sample T-test dalam SPSS 20 diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai Sig. sebesar 0.000. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan layanan bimbingan klasikal pada program bimbingan konseling karier berpengaruh untuk meningkatkan employability skill peserta didik di SMK artinya H1 diterima. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi bahan informasi untuk berbagai pihak, khususnya guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pelayanan bimbingan klasikal bidang karier untuk meningkatkan employability skill peserta didik SMK. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of classical guidance services in career counseling guidance programs to improve the employability skills of class X vocational school students. The research method used is experimental research with a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was grade X students in one school, amounting to 108 in three classes. The sampling technique uses Simple Random Sampling. Data collection is done by using the instrument employability skill. The research instruments were analyzed based on 3 categories namely high, medium and low. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the Independent Sample T-test test technique in SPSS 20, the results obtained that the value of Sig. of 0,000. Thus it can be concluded that the application of classical guidance services in career counseling guidance programs has an effect on increasing the employability of students' skills in SMK meaning that H1 is accepted. The results of this study can be information material for various parties, especially guidance and counseling teachers in the guidance services in the career field to improve the employability skills of vocational students.
