Abstract
****** This study aims to obtain an overview of the blended learning program for physics subject matter of mechanical waves during the covid-19 pandemic to be projected on adaptive solutions to the needs, availability and skills of students. The PLN network operates only at night and the distribution of students in villages is bordered by forests and rubber plantations. The research method used is a qualitative, evaluative approach to the CSE-UCLA model. The subjects of this study were high school students of class XI IPA-1 and XI IPA-2, totaling 64 people. This research involved 3 evaluation lecturers, the Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum Affairs, Physics teacher, 2 homeroom teachers, Head of the Physics MGMP Kapuas Regency and 3 members. Data was collected through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. The procedure of data analysis of the findings using the analysis of the Milles & Hubberman model, includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was checked by triangulation through information sources, techniques, and time. The results of the program evaluation research on the components of system assessment, program planning, program implementation, program improvement, and program certification are valid. Overall, it shows that the school policy blended learning physics program supports the Learning From Home program, the policy of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Education Office in responding to the COVID-19 outbreak is relevant to the supporting factors and obstacles.
