Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan penguasaan aspek kompetensi pengelolaan pembelajaran widyaiswara yang terdiri dari kemampuan menyusun Rancang Bangun Pembelajaran Mata Diklat (RBPMD), menyusun Rancangan Pembelajaran (RP), menyusun bahan ajar, penerapan pembelajaran orang dewasa, penerapan komunikasi efektif terhadap peserta pelatihan, kemampuan memotivasi semangat belajar peserta pelatihan dan kemampuan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Untuk kemudian dilihat masalah yang terjadi berdasarkan persepsi widyaiswara, peserta pelatihan, dan atasan widyaiswara. sehingga dapat menemukan aspek yang belum dikuasi secara penuh oleh widyaiswara serta bisa menemukan solusi guna memenuhi kesenjangan yang terjadi. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan dengan menganut model Alisson Rossett yang meliputi lima tahapan yaitu, (1) memilih sumber informasi, (2) menentukan tahapan analisis, (3) memilih alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi, (4) merancang instrument alat yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan informasi, (5) meminta pertimbangan ahli dari masalah yang ditemukan. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian skiripsi ini melalui wawancara, kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah widyaiswara belum sepenuhnya menguasai aspek menyusun RBPMD, menyusun RP, menyusun bahan ajar, memotivasi semangat belajar peserta pelatihan dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Kesenjangan yang timbul diantaranya diakbitkan kurangnya sinergitas antar tiap divisi yang berada dalam bkkbn, kurangnya kurangnya motivasi dari widyaiswara, kurang pengetahuan mengenai materi yang diperoleh tidak adanya validator dalam menyusun butir soal. Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada maka penulis menyarakan solusi berupa assessment khusus khusus untuk widyaiswara, program pelatihan untuk widyaiswara serta perlu adanya sinergitas antar tiap divisi di BKKBN. ********* The purpose of this research is to map the mastery aspects of the learning competencies that consist of the ability to compile build learning training unit, to develop learning design, to develop teaching materials, the application of adult learning, the application of effective communication to Training participants, the ability to motivate the spirit of learning participants and the ability to evaluate learning. To be seen the problem that occurred based on the perception of Widyaiswara, trainees, and Widyaiswara superiors. So that you can find the aspects that are not fully strengthened by the Widyaiswara and can find solutions to meet the gaps that occur. Analysis of needs is done by adhered to the model of Alisson Rossett which includes five phases, (1) Choose the source of information, (2) Determine the stage of analysis, (3) Choose the tool used to obtain information, (4) Designing instrument instruments Used to obtain information, (5) soliciting expert consideration of the problems found. The method of collecting data on this research through interviews, questionnaires. The result of this research is widyaiswara not fully mastered aspects of drafting RBPMD, drafting RP, arranging teaching materials, motivating the spirit of learning trainees and evaluating learning. Gaps arising between the lack of synergity between each division in the BKKBN, lack of motivation from the Widyaiswara, lack of knowledge on the material obtained the absence of a validator in drafting the grain . Based on the conditions, the author is the solution of special assessment for the special, the training program for Widyaiswara and the need for synergity between each division in BKKBN.
