Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif dan berpikir imajinasi terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi siswa kelas VIII SMP 74 Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen dengan desain treatment by level 2x2. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dengan teknik stratified multistage cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, yaitu sebagai berikut. Pertama, kemampuan menulis puisi siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif think talk write (TTW) memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi daripada model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share (TPS). Kedua, terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif dan berpikir imajinasi terhadap kemampuan menulis puisi. Ketiga, kemampuan menulis puisi siswa yang berpikir imajinasi tinggi dan belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif think talk write (TTW) memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share (TPS). Keempat, kemampuan menulis puisi siswa yang berpikir imajinasi rendah dan belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif think pair share (TPS) memiliki pengaruh yang lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif think talk write (TTW). The objective of this research was to determine the effects of cooperative learning and imaginative thinking model toward the ability of Grade 8 students of junior high school 74 East Jakarta in writing poetry. The method of this research used is experimental research with treatment design by level 2x2. The number of sample in this research is 48 students chosen by using stratified multistage cluster random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is two-way ANAVA. The results obtained are as follows. First, the influence on the ability in writing poetry for students who learn using cooperative learning model of think talk write (TTW) model is higher than those using cooperative learning model of think pair share (TPS). Second, there is an interaction effect between cooperative learning model and imaginative thinking on students’ ability in writing poetry. Third, the influence on the ability in writing poetry for students who have high imagination and learn using cooperative learning model of think talk write (TTW) is higher than those using cooperative learning model of think pair share (TPS) only. Fourth, the influence on the ability in writing poetry for students who have high imagination and learn using cooperative learning model of think pair share (TPS) is higher than those using cooperative learning think talk write (TTW) only.
