Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui lebih mendalam tentang jenis emosi tokoh utama yang ada dalam novel Rindu karya Tere Liye. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak Agustus 2015 hingga Desember 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Rindu karya Tere Liye. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam kajian psikologi sastra. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen, data pengamatan berupa kata-kara, kalimatkalimat, dan ungkapan-ungkapan dalam novel Rindu karya Tere Liye. Penelitian ini menganalisis struktur unsur intrinsik novel terutama pada perwatakannya dan menganalisis lima jenis emosi yang telah dikemukakan Richard G. Warga, yaitu emosi senang, sedih, cinta, takut, dan marah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emosi senang, dan sedih banyak alami oleh enam tokoh utama. Keenam tokoh tersebut adalah Gurutta, Daeng Andipati, Ambo Uleng, Bonda Upe, Kapten Pillips, dan Mbah Kakung. Selain mengetahui jenis emosi, juga diteliti tentang penyebab munculnya emosi, akibat emosi, dan solusi penanganan emosi para tokoh. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa keenam tokoh tersebut memiliki jenis emosi yang berbeda-beda. Sedangkan tokoh Gurutta sebagai seorang ulama mengalami hampir semua jenis emosi, yaitu senang, sedih, cinta, dan takut. Temuan penelitian di atas dapat direkomendasikan untuk beberapa kalangan, yaitu kepada para pengaj The purpose of this research is to find out more about the types of emotions of the main character that exists in the novel Miss work of Tere Liye. This research was conducted since August 2015 until December 2016. This research is qualitative research methods type analysis of content. The source of the data in this study is the work of Tere Liye Miss novels. This research includes studies into the psychology literature.The data collected through the study of documents, observation data in the form of words kara, phrases, and expressions in the novel Miss work of Tere Liye. This research analyzes the structure of the intrinsic elements of the novel primarily on is his character and analyze five types of emotions that have been put forward Richard g. citizens, namely the emotions happy, sad, love, fear, and anger. The results showed that the emotions of pleasure, and sadly many naturally by the six main characters. The sixth character is Gurutta, Daeng Andipati, Bonda, Upe Uleng Ambo, Captain Pillips, and Mbah Kakung. In addition to knowing the kind of emotion, also researched about the causes of the emergence of emotions, due to the emotions, and the emotions of the characters handling solutions.Based on the research that has been made known that the character has a sixth type of different emotions. Whereas Mbah Kakung only has a sad and emotional love. Only the character of Captain Phillips who underwent a type of emotion that dominant, that angry. The above research findings can be recommended for some circles, namely the teaching majors in literature, to the pop literature, and literature to readers.
