Abstract

Dalam struktur perekonomiannya, DKI Jakarta masih didominasi oleh sektor tersier dilihat dari sisi peranannya dalam pembentukan produk domestik regional bruto maupun dari sisi penyerapan tenaga kerja. Meskipun pada beberapa wilayah DKI Jakarta masih terdapat konsentrasi aktivitas ekonomi dalam sektor primer maupun sekunder yang memiliki potensi dalam pengembangan industri lokal. Sehingga dengan demikian, pemerintah daerah DKI Jakarta pun perlu mempertimbangkan pengembangan sektor-sektor primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi penyerapan tenaga kerja berdasarkan sektor primer, sekunder, dan tersier selain itu juga untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara pdrb sektor primer, sekunder, dan tersier terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Provinsi DKI Jakarta periode tahun 1980-2011. Metode Penelitian menggunakan metode Ex Post Facto dengan teknik analisis data metode analisis Shift-Share dan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil Perhitungan analisis shift-share menunjukkan semakin dominannya kontribusi sektor tersier dalam sisi penyerapan tenaga kerja. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan pdrb sektor sekunder, dan tersier berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja, sedangkan sektor primer berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja. ***** In the structure of the economy, Jakarta is still dominated by the tertiary sector in terms of its role in the formation of the GDRP (gross domestic regional product) and in terms of employment. Although in some areas of Jakarta there are concentrations of economic activity in the primary and secondary sectors which have potential in the development of local industry. So therefore, the Jakarta regional government also needs to consider the development of the primary sector and the secondary. This study aimed to determine the contribution of labor based on the primary sector, secondary, and tertiary and also to determine the effect of primary sector GDRP, secondary, and tertiary employment in the DKI Jakarta period 1980-2011. The research method using the Ex Post Facto analysis methods of data analysis techniques Shift-Share and simple regression analysis. Calculation results of shift-share analysis shows the dominant contribution of the tertiary sector in employment. The regression analysis showed GDP secondary sector, and tertiary positive and significant effect on employment, while the primary sector is positive but not significant effect on employment.
