Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan berdasarkan data dan fakta yang fasih, benar dan dapat dipercaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan terhitung sejak bulan Desember 2012 sampai dengan bulan Februari 2013. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru ekonomi SMA Negeri di Jakarta Pusat. Data variable Y adalah kinerja guru dan data X efektivitas PLPG, yang merupakan data primer yang dapat dari instrument yang berbentuk kuisioner. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan adalah mencari persamaan regresi yang diperoleh adalah Ŷ= 54,03+ 0,543X. Hasil uji normalitas liliefors Lhitung = 0,107 sedangkan Ltabel untuk n=36 pada taraf signifikasi 0,05 adalah 0,148. Karena Lhitung < Ltabel variabel X dan Y berdistribusi normal. Pengujian hipotesis dengan uji keberartian koefisien regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (18,25) > Ftabel (4,13) yang berarti persamaan regresi tersebut signifikan. Uji kelinieran regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (0,82) < Ftabel (2,54) sehingga disimpulkan persamaan regresi tersebut linier. Perhitungan koefisien korelasi Product Moment menghasilkan rhitung = 0,591. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji-t menghasilkan thitung (4,27 ) > ttabel (1,70). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara efektivitas PLPG terhadap kinerja guru. Dengan perhitungan koefisien determinasi atau penentu diperoleh hasil 0,3492. Ini berarti efektivitas PLPG memberikan kontribusi atau sumbangan sebesar 34,92% terhadap kinerja guru ekonomi. ***** Purpose of this research is to find valid and reliability, data and fact about the possibility a positive correlation beetwen The Influence Effectiveness of Education dan Training Profession Teacher with Economic Teacher Performance at SMA Negeri Central Jakarta. This research, conducted for 3 months from December 2012 to February 2013. The method of research used is survey method with correlation approach. The population research were all Economi Teachers SMA Negeri Center Jakarta. Variable data Y Economic Teacher Performance and data X Effectiveness of Education dan Training Profession Teacher is primer data from questionnaire. The analiysis test by finding regression aquqtionb, that is Ŷ= 54,03+ 0,543X. After that, data normality test by using Liliefors and the result is Lcount = 0,107while Ltabel for 36 in significant level 0,05 is 0,148. So Lcount < Ltabel mean that mistake of predicition regression Y to X has normal distribution. For regression significance test and result is F count (18, 25) > Ftabel (4,13) showing that, is has significance regression. While regression linierity test, Fcount (0,82) < Ftabel (2,54) showing that regression is linier. The result of product moment of corelations coefficient test, is rxy = 0,591. Continued by using correlation coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is tcount (4,27)> ttabel(1,70). The result of this research is that there is positive influence between Effectiveness of Education dan Training Profession Teacher with Economic Teacher Performance. Beside that the result of determination coefficient test is 0,3492. This mean that the Effectiveness of Education dan Training Profession Teacher can give 34,92% contribution to the result of economic teacher performance.
