Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Pegawai Perum Bulog. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan koperasi pegawai perum bulog selama tiga bulan terhitung sejak Januari 2013 sampai dengan bulan Maret 2013. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan regresi linier sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan koperasi pegawai perum bulog sebanyak 165 karyawan dan sampel yang digunakan adalah minimum 30 orang untuk tiap kategori yakni 36 karyawan tetap yang mempunyai tingkatan pekerjaan dibawah kepala unit dan berada di kantor pusat Koperasi Pegawai Perum Bulog dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Untuk mendapatkan data kedua variabel penelitian digunakan instrumen penelitian berbentuk kuesioner dengan model skala Likert pada variabel X (Tingkat Pendidikan) dan pada variabel Y (Kinerja Karyawan). Sebelum digunakan, dilakukan uji validitas konstruk (construct validity) melalui proses validitas yaitu perhitungan koefisien korelasi skor butir dengan skor total dan uji realibilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach. Hasil realibilitas instrumen variabel X (Kinerja Karyawan) sebesar 0,922. Hasil penelitian diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Ŷ= 79,92 + 1,758X menunjukkan bahwa setiap kenaikan satu skor tingkat pendidikan akan mengakibatkan kenaikan kinerja karyawan sebesar 1,758 pada konstanta 79,92. Uji persyaratan analisis untuk menguji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X menunjukkan bahwa galat taksiran regresi Y atas X berdistribusi normal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan menggunakan uji liliefors pada taraf signifikan sebesar 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa Lhitung (0,072) < Ltabel (0,147). Dalam uji hipotesis, uji keberartian koefisien regresi menggunakan tabel Analisis Varians (ANAVA) menghasilkan Fhitung (24,10) > Ftabel (4,13) yang berarti koefisien regresi tersebut signifikan. Dari hasil uji linearitas regresi menghasilkan Fhitung (0,26) < Ftabel (19,46) yang menunjukkan bahwa koefisien regresi tersebut linier. Koefisien korelasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment menghasilkan rxy = 0,644. Hasil dari uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan uji-t, menghasilkan thitung (4,91) > ttabel (1,70). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi diperoleh hasil 41,48%. Hal ini berarti variasi kinerja karyawan 41,48% ditentukan oleh tingkat pendidikan dan sisanya 58,52% ditentukan oleh faktor-faktor lain ***** This study aimed to determine the influence of educational level on employee performance Employees Cooperative Bulog. The research was conducted on the employees' cooperative employees Perum Bulog for three months from 2013 until March 2013. This study uses a survey method with the ordinary least square approach. The population reseach was all cooperation members with total 165 employee Perum Bulog, the sample used is a minimum of 30 people for each category of the 36 full-time employee who have employment levels below the head unit and it located in the central office by using a sampling technique purposive sampling. Colecting X variable data (Educational Level) and Y variable data (Employee Performance) using quesioner Likert scale model. Before that it has construct validity terst by validations prosess, that is correlation coefficient valuing score with the total score and realibility test using Alpha Crobanch formula. Reabiliy X variable (Educational Level) is 0,922. That is instrument of effectiviness founding has so high reability. The analysis test by founding regression equation, that is Ŷ=79,92 + 1,758X, after that data normality test estimated galat by using liliefors formula and the result is Lcount (0,072) < Ltable (0,147) in significance level 0,05 so Lcount < Ltable that the mistake of prediction regression estimated galat has normal distribution. Coefficient regression significance test and result is Fcount (24,10) > Ftable (4,13), showing that it has significance regression. Regression linier test and result is, Fcount (0,26) < Ftable (19,46), showing that it has coefficient regression linier. While regression linier, the result of product moment of correlations coefficient test is rxy = 0,644, countinued by using correlations coefficient significance test with t-test. Counting result is, tcount (4,06) > ttable (1,68). Its means there are significance and positive correlation between Educatonal Level with Employee Performance. Beside that, the result of determination coefficient test is 41,48% its means 41,48% Employee Performance determined by and 58,52% by the others.
