Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empiris guna mendeskripsikan komunitas bogor mengabdi menjadi komunitas non-profit di Kota Bogor. Serta untuk mendeskripsikan modal sosial dalam pemberdayaan anggota komunitas bogor mengabdi (BM). Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh atau sensus. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh anggota komunitas bogor mengabdi dalam periode kepengurusan 2021-2022 sebanyak 80 orang dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh anggota populasi yaitu 80 orang anggota. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa alasan dari komunitas bogor mengabdi menjadi komunitas non-profit adalah karena memiliki karakter maupun tujuan yang jelas serta tidak memiliki power yang kuat dalam pendanaan. Modal sosial terkuat yang ada dalam penelitian ini berada pada indikator jaringan dengan sesama 92% (sangat baik), sedangkan indikator modal sosial terendah yaitu kepercayaan diri 87% (baik). Selain itu, modal sosial yang dimiliki oleh komunitas bogor mengabdi dalam pemberdayaan komunitas ialah modal sosial dengan tipe bridging social capital. Adapun pemberdayaan komunitas yang dilakukan komunitas bogor mengabdi bersifat individu dengan kelompok dan melalui beberapa tahap pemberdayaan, indikator pemberdayaan terkuat berada pada indikator tahap pengakapasitasan 99% (sangat baik), sedangkan indikator modal sosial terendah yaitu tahap pengkapasitasan 74% (cukup baik). Program yang ada dalam pemberdayaan bogor mengabdi ialah program kelas pengembangan diri dan program bogor hujan start-up. This study aims to obtain empirical data to describe the Bogor community serving as a non-profit community in Bogor City. As well as to describe social capital in the empowerment of members of the Bogor Mengabdi (BM) community. The method in this study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling or census. The population used in this study was that all members of the Bogor community served in the 2021-2022 management period as many as 80 people and the number of samples in this study was all members of the population, namely 80 members. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the reason why the Bogor Mengabdi as a non-profit community is because it has a clear character and goals and does not have strong power in funding. The strongest social capital in this study was in the network indicator with peers 92% (very good), while the lowest social capital indicator was self-confidence 87% (good). In addition, the social capital owned by the bogor community serving in community empowerment is social capital with a bridging social capital type. As for community empowerment carried out by the Bogor community serving is individual with a group and goes through several stages of empowerment, the strongest empowerment indicator is at the 99% capacity level indicator (very good), while the lowest social capital indicator is the capacity level of 74% (quite good). The existing programs in empowering Bogor Mengabdi are the self-development class program and bogor hujan start up.
