Abstract
Tujuanpenelitianiniadalahuntukmendeskripsikandanmenganalisisstrategiko munikasiinterpersonal yang dilakukanoleh BNN dalammeningkatkanetoskerjaislamiparamantanpecandunarkobapascarehabilitasi di RumahDampingan BNN.Selainitu, jugauntukmengetahuiefek yang dihasilkandaristrategikomunikasitersebut. Penelitianinimenggunakanpendekatankualitatifdanmetodeyang digunakanadalahdeskriptif.Pengumpulan data dilakukanmelaluiwawancara, observasidanstudidokumentasi di RumahDampingan BNN yang terletak di Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Penelitianinimenyimpulkanbahwastrategikomunikasi interpersonal BNN berlangsungsenadadenganteoriDevito, mengenaiefektivitaskomunikasi interpersonal yaituketerbukaan (openness), sikapmendukung (supportiveness),empati (empathy), sikappositif (positiveness)dankesetaraan (equality).Setelahpihak BNN menjalankanstrategikomunikasiinterpersonalnyadalammeningkatkanetoskerjaisla miparamantanpecandunarkoba,makapararesidenterlihatmemilikisikapetoskerja yang baik.Adapunsikapetoskerjaislami yangdihasilkanadalahmemilikikeahlianbaru, memilikikomitmen, berorientasikemasadepan, memilikisikapproduktivitas,danmemilikijiwawiraswasta (entrepreneurship). Berdasarkankesimpulantersebut, penelitianinimenyarankankepada BNN agar hendaknyamemilikikonselorRumahDampingan BNN yang lebihdapatmengetahuikondisipsikologipararesiden, agar proses komunikasiberjalanlebihefektiflagi. Selainitu, pihakkonselorjugasebaiknyalebihmelakukanhubungan interpersonal lagikepadapararesiden.Denganadanyahubungan interpersonal yang baikmakaefek yang ditimbulkandaristrategikomunikasi interpersonal inimenjadilebihbaiklagi. ***** The purpose of this research is in order to describe and to analyze interpersonal communication strategy that be done by BNN in increasing islamic job performance for ex drugs user post rehabilitation in partnership house of BNN. Beside that, also for knowing the effect that be produced from such communication strategy. This research use qualitative approach and method that be used is descriptive. The collecting of data be done through interview , observation and documentation study in partnership house of BNN that located in Cipinang, East Jakarta This research conclusewhere as interpersonal communication strategy of BNN operate same as the theory of Devito, about the effectivity of interpersonal communication namely openness, supportiveness,empathy, positiveness and equality. After the party of BNN operate its interpersonal communication strategy in increasing islamic job performance for ex drugs user, so that the residents looked have good job performance. There is islamic job performance that be produced new skill, have commitment, future orientedhave productivity attitude and have entrepreneurship spirit. Base on such conclusion , this research suggest to BNN in order that have the willingness of conselour of partnership house of BNN that more can know the psychology aspect of the residents, in order that process of communication run more effective. Beside that the conselour party also better about making interpersonal communication relation tyo the resident Because of there is good interpersonal communication so the effect that be apprared from interpersonall communication strategy become more better.
