Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, konsentrasi kepemilikan dan sektor bisnis terhadap akses modal UKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan persepsi pengusaha mengenai akses perusahaan terhadap modal eksternal untuk mengukur akses modal UKM. Variabel independen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan, konsentrasi kepemilikan dan sektor bisnis. Sampel penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang tergolong sebagai UKM sesuai pengkualifikasian menurut Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia nomor 20 tahun 2008. Sampel penelitian dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan yang diukur dengan penjualan tahunan berpengaruh terhadap akses modal. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan antara masingmasing sektor bisnis terkait akses modal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan tidak berpengaruh terhadap akses modal UKM. ***** The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of firm size, ownership concentration and SME’s business sector on SME’s access to finance. Perception of firm’s access to finance was used to measure the SME’s access to finance. Independent variables which were used in this research are firm size, ownership concentration and SME’s business sector. The samples of this study are firms which classified as SME according to UndangUndang Republik Indonesia nomor 20 tahun 2008.. The samples were collected by purposive sampling methods. The result shows that change in firm size affects the SME’s access to finance. Else, there are differences among SME with different business sectors on their access to finance. In the other hand, the result also shows that ownership concentration does not affect SME’s access to finance.
