Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk latihan pola penyerangan yang bervariasi serta untuk menghasilkan produk dalam bentuk model latihan pola penyerangan pada permainan hockey indoor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan Research & Development model ADDIE. Tahap yang dilakukan pada penelitian adalah 5 tahapan. Subjek penelitian untuk dilakukan ujicoba bentuk latihan pola peneyrangan adalah anggota aktif Hockey SMA Negeri 26 Garut. Pada penelitian ini peneliti bekerjasama dengan 3 ahli dalam bidang olahraga hockey. Uji validasi yang terdiri dari 3 ahli yaitu dosen ahli hockey dan pelatih. Setelah dilakukan uji validasi ahli, maka dilakukan ujicoba bentuk model latihan pola penyerangan pada permainan hockey indoor. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bentuk latihan pola penyerangan dapat digunakan dalam latihan hockey terutama latihan pola penyerangan dengan tujuan untuk membantu pelatih agar terdapat referensi latihan pola penyerangan dapat menciptakan peluang dan mencetak goal. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli, maka diperoleh 20 bentuk model latihan pola penyerangan yang layak untuk digunakan dari 30 model latihan pola penyerangan yang telah dibuat oleh peneliti. ***** "A MODEL OF ATTACKING PATTERN TRAINING IN INDOOR HOCKEY GAMES." ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the various forms of attack pattern training and to produce a product in the form of an attack pattern training model in an indoor hockey game. This research method uses Research & Development ADDIE model. The stages carried out in the research were 5 stages. The research subject to be tested for the form of attack pattern training is an active member of Hockey SMA Negeri 26 Garut. In this research, researchers collaborated with 3 experts in the field of hockey. Validation test consisting of 3 experts, consist of expert hockey lecturers and trainers. After the expert validation test was carried out, a trial of the attack pattern training model was carried out in the indoor hockey game. The results of this research are the form of attack pattern training can be used in hockey training, especially attack pattern training with the aim of helping coaches so that there are references to attack pattern exercises that can create opportunities and score goals. Based on the results of expert validation, we obtained 20 forms of attack pattern training models that are feasible to use from 30 attack pattern training models that have been made by researchers.
