Abstract

Masalah transportasi merupakan masalah yang sering dihadapi dalam pen�distribusian barang. Dalam masalah transportasi, terdapat ketidakpastian pa�da jumlah persediaan barang dan jumlah permintaan barang. Ketidakpastian tersebut membuat parameter (jumlah persediaan dan jumlah permintaan) ma�salah transportasi menggunakan bilangan fuzzy. Terdapat masalah transpor�tasi fuzzy dua tahap yang merupakan masalah transportasi dengan pengiriman secara dua tahap, karena keterbatasan penyimpanan pada gudang penerima barang. Proses pengiriman pada tahap satu adalah sumber mengirim per�mintaan barang sesuai dengan kapasitas maksimum gudang. Kemudian pada pengiriman tahap dua, sumber mengirim sisa permintaan barang yang be�lum dikirimkan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah transportasi fuzzy, parameter bilangan fuzzy diubah menggunakan teknik Robust Ranking. Selanjutnya pa�rameter masalah transportasi yang telah diubah, diselesaikan menggunakan metode Zero Suffix. Metode Zero Suffix merupakan metode transportasi ba�ru yang langsung menguji keoptimuman dari tabel transportasi tanpa harus menentukan solusi awal. Pada studi kasus, digunakan fuzzy trapesium untuk parameter jumlah permintaan dan persediaan barang yang diselesaikan meng�gunakan metode Zero Suffix. Dan diperoleh solusi akhir dari metode Zero Suffix tersebut berupa biaya transportasi minimal. ***** Transportation problems are a problem that is often in the distribution. In transportation problems, there is uncertainty in the amount of inventory and the amount of demand for goods. The uncertainty makes the parameters (number of inventories and number of requests) the transportation problem using fuzzy numbers. There is a two-stage fuzzy transportation problem whi�ch is a transportation problem with delivery in two stages, due to the limited storage in the receiving warehouse. The delivery process at stage one is the source of sending goods in accordance with the maximum capacity of the wa�rehouse. Then in the second phase of delivery, the source sends the remaining requests for goods that have not been shipped. To solve fuzzy transportation problems, fuzzy number parameters are changed using the Robust Ranking te�chnique. Furthermore, the parameters of the transport problem that has been changed are resolved using the Zero Suffix method. The Zero Suffix method is a new transportation method that directly tests the optimism of the transport table without having to determine the initial solution. In the case study, fuzzy trapezoid was used for the parameters of the number of requests and inven�tory of goods completed using the Zero Suffix method. And obtained the final solution from the Zero Suffix method in the form of minimal transportation costs.
