Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Program Magang Kampus Merdeka dalam Menumbuhkan Kompetensi Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa batch 1 di Karier.mu by Sekolah.mu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner, dan kepustakaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden dari 100 populasi mahasiswa peserta angkatan pertama Program Magang Kampus Merdeka di Karier.mu by Sekolah.mu. Berdasarkan analisa data yang sudah dilakukan, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan selama mengikuti Program Magang Kampus Merdeka di Karier.mu by Sekolah.mu, mahasiswa peserta Program Magang Kampus Merdeka mendapatkan 9 kompetensi kesiapan kerja, diantaranya: cerdas, reflektif, inovatif, mandii, berdaya, komunikatif,berprinsip, bekerjasama, dan berkomitmen. * This study aims to describe the Independent Campus Internship Program in Developing Work Readiness Competencies for Class 1 Karir.mu Students by Sekolah.mu. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and literature study. The sampling technique was carried out using a simple random sampling technique with a sample size of 80 respondents from 100 student populations participating in the first batch of Independent Campus Internship Programs at Karier.mu by Sekolah.mu. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that while participating in the Independent Campus Internship Program at Karier.mu by Sekolah.mu, students who participate in the Independent Campus Internship Program get 9 work readiness competencies, including: intelligent, reflective, innovative, independent, empowered, communicative, principled, cooperative, and committed.
