Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat korelasi antara pengetahuan hukum dengan perilaku hukum dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pada pengunjung pasar. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif melalui survei di mana pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes dengan penskoran 0 dan 1 pada variabel X yaitu pengetahuan hukum, sedangkan pada variabel Y yaitu perilaku hukum digunakan angket skala perilaku dengan penskoran skala likert. Pada variabel X digunakan rumus Point Biserial untuk uji validitas dan untuk uji reliabilitas digunakan rumus KR20. Sedangkan pada variabel Y digunakan rumus Korelasi Product Moment Pearson untuk uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas digunakan Alpha Cronbach. Uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik non parametrik dengan rumus korelasi Rank Spearman. Penelitian dilakukan di Pasar Jaya Ciracas, Jakarta Timur pada bulan Maret hingga Mei 2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat korelasi antara pengetahuan hukum dengan perilaku hukum dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pada pengunjung pasar karena didapatkan hasil penelitian di mana nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,359 dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,095 yang artinya tingkat keeratan korelasi antara pengetahuan hukum dengan perilaku hukum dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pada pengunjung pasar sangat rendah. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini ialah Ha ditolak dan H0 diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat korelasi antara pengetahuan hukum dengan perilaku hukum dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan pada pengunjung pasar. ***** This study aims to determine whether there is a correlation between legal knowledge and legal behavior in the application of health protocols to market visitors. The research uses quantitative methods through surveys where sampling is carried out using purposive sampling method with a sample of 96 respondents. The instrument used is a test with a score of 0 and 1 on the X variable, namely legal knowledge, while the Y variable, namely legal behavior, uses a behavioral scale questionnaire with a Likert scale scoring. In the variable X, the Biserial Point formula is used to test the validity and for the reliability test the KR20 formula is used. While the Y variable used the Pearson Product Moment Correlation formula to test the validity and reliability test used Cronbach's Alpha. The hypothesis test used is non-parametric statistical analysis with the Spearman Rank correlation formula. The research was conducted at Pasar Jaya Ciracas, East Jakarta from March to May 2022. The results showed that there was no correlation between legal knowledge and legal behavior in the application of health protocols to market visitors because the results of the study showed that the significance value was 0.359 and the correlation coefficient value was 0.095, which means the level of close correlation between legal knowledge and legal behavior in the application of the protocol. the health of market visitors is very low. The conclusion in this study is that Ha is rejected and H0 is accepted, which means that there is no correlation between legal knowledge and legal behavior in the application of health protocols to market visitors.
