Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kadar lemak tubuh anggota Klub Olahraga Prestasi Karate Universitas Negeri Jakarta menggunakan Bod Pod, Mi Body Composition Scale, dan Skinfold Calliper dengan menggunakan teknik analitik kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan alat Bod Pod, Mi Body Composition Scale, Skinfold Calliper. Dari 3 alat, hasil pengukuran kadar lemak tubuh menggunakan Bod Pod didapatkan hasil rerata 16,495%, sedangkan Mi Body Composition Scale didapatkan hasil rerata 17,15%, kemudian Skinfold Calliper didapatkan hasil rerata 17,205%. Setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Anova 1 arah diperoleh F-hitung = 0,08690 dan F-tabel = 3,16 dengan koefisien signifikansi sebesar 0,05. Karena F-hitung < F-tabel, maka H0 gagal ditolak, atau dinyatakan bahwa dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% tidak terdapat perbedaan rata-rata hasil pengukuran kadar lemak tubuh menggunakan alat Bod Pod, Mi Body Composition Scale, dan Skinfold Calliper. ***** This study aims to analyze body fat levels using Bod Pod, Mi Body Composition Scale, and Skinfold Calliper KOP Karate Members State University of Jakarta using quantitative analytical techniques with survey methods. Data collection techniques using Bod Pod, Mi Body Composition Scale, and Skinfold Calliper. From the 3 tools, the results of measuring body fat percentage using the Bod Pod obtained an average result of 16.495%, while the Mi Body Composition Scale obtained an average result of 17.15%, then Skinfold Calliper obtained an average result of 17.205%. After being analyzed using the 1-way ANOVA test, it was obtained F-Count = 0.08690 and F-Table = 3.16 with a coefficient of significance of 0.05. Because F-Count < F-Table, then H0 failed to be rejected, or it was stated that with a significance level of 5% there was no difference in the average results of measuring body fat levels using the Bod Pod, Mi Body Composition Scale, and Skinfold Calliper.
