Abstract
This study aims to determine the condition or general description of the library in the Faculty of Law University of Trisakti after being renovated in 2013 and to evaluate the management of library. It is focused on the activity of evaluating the performance of library management consisting of eight subfocus: (1) collections (2) infrastructure library, (3) library services, (4) labor (human resources) library, (5) library funding, (6) the promotion of libraries, (7) the use of information and communication technology, and (8) the performance library manager. This study was carried out on 2014-2015 academic year. The evaluation of performance refers to 360 degrees evaluation model. To obtain the data in the study, used some of the techniques of data collection techniques such as questionnaires, observation, documentation studies, and literature study. Validity and reliability of the instrument using the justification expert (expert judgment). The result of the study are: First, an evaluation of the collections obtained a score of 2.13 and including medium category. A collection of books on the science of law and code of laws is complete, only the number of books still lacking. Second, infrastructure adequate library, got a score of 3.35. Third, the acquisition of services received a score of 3.21 and is quite good. Services provided in the form of service read in places, information and reference services, circulation services, and guidance to the user library. Fourth, library promotion program gets an average score of 2.6 (category enough). Routine promotional activities less optimized. Fifth, an evaluation of the use of information technology and communications library got a score of 2.66 (the category enough). Adequate number of computers, networks and a good internet connection, use of library management software is quite integrated with the curriculum. Sixth, the library manager's performance evaluation is quite good with the acquisition of a score of 2.86. The best performance powered by a librarian and the worst performance offered by the library staff III.
