Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara praktik kerja industri, kompetensi kejuruan, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja, serta pengaruh tidak langsung antara praktik kerja industri dan kompetensi kejuruan terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui efikasi diri pada siswa kelas XII Kompetensi Keahlian Akuntansi di SMK Negeri Jakarta Selatan. Lokasi penelitian yang dipilih, antara lain SMKN 18 Jakarta, SMKN 20 Jakarta, dan SMKN 41 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuntitatif dengan metode survei. Variabel kesiapan kerja dan efikasi diri menggunakan data yang berasal dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Sedangkan, variabel praktik kerja industri dan kompetensi kejuruan menggunakan data berupa hasil pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri dan hasil pelaksanaan uji kompetensi. Hasil yang diperoleh, antara lain terdapat pengaruh langsung bernilai positif dan signifikan praktik kerja industri, kompetensi kejuruan, dan efikasi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja, serta pengaruh tidak langsung bernilai positif dan signifikan praktik kerja industri dan kompetensi kejuruan terhadap kesiapan kerja melalui efikasi diri. Dalam meningkatkan kesiapan kerja, peserta didik harus memiliki pengalaman kerja dengan mengikuti kegiatan praktik kerja industri, menguasai berbagai kompetensi atau keahlian khususnya pada bidang akuntansi, dan memliki keyakinan pada kemampuan yang dimiliki untuk dapat menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan dengan baik. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the direct influence between industrial work practices, vocational competence, and self-efficacy on job readiness, as well as the indirect effect between industrial work practices and vocational competence on job readiness through self-efficacy in class XII students of Accounting Skills Competence at South Jakarta State Vocational School. The research locations selected included 18 Jakarta State Vocational High School, 20 Jakarta State Vocational High School, and 41 Jakarta State Vocational High School. This research is a quantitative research with a survey method. The variables of work readiness and self-efficacy used data derived from the results of distributing questionnaires. While the variables of industrial work practice and vocational competence use data in the form of the results of the implementation of industrial work practices and the results of the implementation of competency tests. The results obtained include a positive and significant direct influence on industrial work practices, vocational competence, and self-efficacy on job readiness, as well as a positive and significant indirect effect on industrial work practices and vocational competence on job readiness through self-efficacy. In improving work readiness, students must have work experience by participating in industrial work practices, master various competencies or expertise, especially in the accounting field, and have confidence in their abilities to be able to complete a job well.
