Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan kecemasan tokoh utama dalam novel Negeri 5 Menara karya Ahmad Fuadi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriprif kualitatif berdasarkan analisis isi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan psikoanalisis berdasarkan dari teori kecemasan Sigmund Freud yang terdiri dari (1) kecemasan neurotik, (2) kecemasan realistik, (3) kecemasan moral. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan terdapat tiga jenis kecemasan menurut teori Sigmund Freud yang terjadi pada tokoh utama dalam novel Negeri 5 Menara yaitu, kecemasan neurotik, kecemasan realitistik, dan kecemasan moral. Berdasarkan analisis kecemasan pada tokoh utama dalam novel Negeri 5 Menara karya Ahmad Fuadi didominasi oleh kecemasan realistik. Kecemasan Realistik dikenal juga sebagai kecemasan objektif. Kecemasan ini hampir mirip dengan ketakutan. Hal ini terjadi karena keadaan yang membuat tokoh utama menjadi takut dan gugup. Semua itu berawal dari tokoh utama merasa setengah hati dalam menjalani pendidikan di Pondok Madani yang menyebabkan apapun yang dikerjakan menjadi berat dan membuatnya kehilangan percaya diri sehingga tokoh utama mudah merasakan kecemasan. Implementasi yang dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah mengenai kecemasan pada tokoh utama dalam novel Negeri 5 Menara karya Ahmad Fuadi sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 Revisi KD 3.9 menganalisis isi dan kebahasaan novel, serta KD 4.9 merancang novel atau novelet dengan memperhatikan isi dan kebahasaan. ******* This study aims to describe the anxiety of the main character in the novel Negeri 5 Menara by Ahmad Fuadi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method based on content analysis. This study uses a psychoanalysis approach based on Sigmund Freud's anxiety theory which consists of (1) neurotic anxiety, (2) realistic anxiety, (3) moral anxiety. The results found there are three types of anxiety according to Sigmund Freud's theory that occurs in the main character in the novel Negeri 5 Menara, namely, neurotic anxiety, realistic anxiety, and moral anxiety. Based on the analysis of anxiety in the main character in the novel Negeri 5 Menara by Ahmad Fuadi is dominated by realistic anxiety. Realistic anxiety is also known as objective anxiety. This anxiety is almost similar to fear. This happens because of circumstances that make the main character to be afraid and nervous. It all started with the main character feeling half-hearted in his education at Pondok Madani which caused everything he worked to make heavy and made him lose confidence so that the main character easily felt anxiety. Implementation that can be applied in learning in schools about anxiety in the main character in the novel Negeri 5 Menara by Ahmad Fuadi in accordance with the 2013 curriculum Revision KD 3.9 analyzes the content and linguistics of the novel, and KD 4.9 designs a novel or novelet with regard to content and language.
