Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) di abad ke-21 ini menimbulkan tantangan besar baru dalam pendidikan. Tantangan pembelajaran abad ke-21 membutuhkan instrumen penilaian untuk diintegrasikan dengan kompetensi TIK yang belum diselesaikan oleh instrumen penilaian yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang instrumen penilaian terintegrasi kompetensi TIK dari mata pelajaran kompetensi pengajaran praktis (Perencanaan Kursus, Manajemen Instruksi dan Pengawasan, dan Praktek Mengajar). Penelitian ini mengadaptasi Desain dan Pengembangan Penelitian (DDR). Penggunaan tahapan DDR adalah analisis kebutuhan, perancangan. prototipe dan evaluasi. Data diambil dari instrumen penilaian yang ada dari tujuh universitas berbeda di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, instrumen penilaian yang ada menggunakan TIK dalam hal pengetahuan teknologi, di mana indikator kompetensi TIK yang sebagian besar digunakan pada instrumen penilaian yang ada menggunakan perangkat lunak pengolah kata untuk menulis lembar kerja dengan mengikuti konvensi standar, menggunakan Sumber daya TIK untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mengunduh sumber daya dari situs web. Kedua, berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, peneliti merancang prosedur mengintegrasikan kompetensi TIK ke dalam tabel spesifikasi kompetensi pengajaran praktis. Ketiga, peneliti merancang tabel spesifikasi untuk kompetensi pengajaran praktis yaitu, Perencanaan Pelajaran, Manajemen dan Pemantauan Instruksi dan Praktek Mengajar. Keempat, peneliti merancang uji instrumen penilaian terintegrasi kompetensi TIK untuk mata pelajaran kompetensi pengajaran praktis yaitu, perencanaan pembelajaran, Manajemen Instruksi dan Pemantauan dan Praktek Mengajar. Yang terakhir, peneliti merancang instrumen penilaian non test yang terintegrasi kompetensi TIK untuk mata pelajaran kompetensi pengajaran praktis yaitu, perencanaan pelajaran, Manajemen Instruksi dan Pemantauan dan Praktek Mengajar. ******** The rapid development of information and communication technology (ICT) in this 21st century arises a new major challenge in education. 21st century learning challenges require the assessment instrument to be integrated with the ICT competences which is not yet accomplished by the existing assessment instrument. This study aims to design ICT competence-integrated assessment instruments of practical key teaching competences courses (Lesson Course Planning, Instruction Management and Monitoring and Teaching Practice). This research adapted Design and Development Research (DDR). The used of DDR stages are need analyzing, designing. prototype and evaluation. The data were taken from the existing assessment instruments from seven different universities in Indonesia. The result of the research shows that first, the existing assessment instruments make use of ICT in extent of technology literacy where the ICT competences indicators that mostly used on the existing assessment instruments were using word processing software to write a worksheet by following standard conventions, using ICT resources to enhance their productivity and download resources from websites. Second, based on the need analysis the researcher designed the procedures of integrating ICT competences into table of specification of practical key teaching competences. Third, the researcher designed the table of specifications of practical key teaching competences course namely, lesson course planning, Instruction Management and Monitoring and Teaching Practice. Fourth the researcher designed the ICT competencesintegrated assessment instrument test of practical key teaching competences course namely, lesson course planning, Instruction Management and Monitoring and Teaching Practice. The last, the researcher designed the ICT competences-integrated assessment instrument non-test of practical key teaching competences course namely, lesson course planning, Instruction Management and Monitoring and Teaching Practice.
