Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi dengan karakter peduli sosial para relawan yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi 6 tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode studi korelasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang berpartisipasi (Panitia dan relawan) dalam Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi 6. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk variabel Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi dan variabel atau Karakter Peduli Sosial menggunakan angket melalui google formulir. Uji prasyarat analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linearitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi pearson atau Pearson Product Moment. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi dengan karakter peduli sosial para relawan. Terbukti dengan hasil Signifikansi < alpha (0,000 < 0,05) maka ditolak dan diterima yang artinya terdapat hubungan. Besar kontribusi variabel Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi terhadap karakter peduli sosial para relawan sebesar 91,7%. Berdasarkan keterangan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi dengan karakter peduli sosial para relawan yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan Gerakan BEM FIS Mengabdi 6 tahun 2021. ***** This study aims to determine whether or not there is a relationship between the BEM FIS Serving Movement and the socially caring character of the volunteers who participate in the activities of the FIS Serving BEM Movement 6 in 2021. Research This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlation study method. The population in this study were all participating students (committees and volunteers) in the BEM FIS Serving Movement 6. The sample in this study used probability sampling and saturated samples. The data collection technique for the variable of the BEM FIS Serving Movement and the variable or Character Caring for Social is using a questionnaire through a google form. The analysis prerequisite test in this study used the normality test and the linearity test. The data analysis technique used in this study uses Pearson correlation or Pearson Product Moment. Based on the hypothesis test that has been carried out, it is known that there is a significant and positive relationship between the BEM FIS Serving Movement and the social care character of the volunteers.proven by the results of Significance < alpha (0.000 < 0.05) then it is rejected and accepted , which means there is a relationship. The contribution of the BEM FIS Serving Movement variable to the social care character of the volunteers is 91.7%. Based on the information above, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the BEM FIS Serving Movement and the social care character of the volunteers who participate in the activities of the FIS Serving BEM Movement 6 in 2021.
