Abstract

Metode yang diterapkan guru di dalam pembelajaran merupakan faktor penting yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan, proses belajar mengajar yang dilakukan dan hasil belajar yang akan dicapai oleh siswa. Metode yang baik adalah metode yang mampu menunjang proses pembelajaran, sehingga siswa dapat mengoptimalkan kemampuannya, baik kognitif maupun psikomotorik. Pada proses pembelajaran membuat relief dengan tema tokoh legenda Lutung Kasarung, siswa tidak dapat hanya mengandalkan keterampilan sajauntuk mencapai hasil pembelajaran yang baik, karena keterampilan tersebut juga harus didukung oleh kreativitas yang baik pula. Kreativitas dalam berkarya, dapat tercipta apabila di dasari dengan pengetahuan yang tepat (terkonsep). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya, pengaruh metode apresiasi tokoh legenda Lutung Kasarung terhadap hasil belajar pembuatan relief di kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 19 Jakarta pada semester ganjil di tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah True Experimental Design, dengan sampel 30 siswadi kelas XI IPS II sebagai kelompok kontroldan 30 siswa di kelas XI IPS I sebagai kelompok eksperimen. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa instrumen pengumpulan data (tes praktek, kuesioner, dan wawancara), instrumen perlakuan(mengapresiasi tokoh, silabus, RPP dan LKS), serta instrumenpenilaian yang dimodifikasi berdasarkan konsep penilaian Brent G. Wilson. Pelaksanaan uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan berdasar pada, hasil pengujian reliabilitas uji instrumenmenggunakan rumus Product Moment Pearson. Hasil perhitungan statistik (rxy) dengan korelasi rata-rata nilai dari dua penilai, maka diperoleh indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,683. Berdasarkan interpretasi nilai r pada tabel Guilford dengan rentang hasil antara 0,400-0,700 yang berada dalam korelasi sedang, sehinggainstrumen ini dinyatakanreliabel.Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus uji-t, dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai tes pada perhitungan uji-t lebih tinggi dari nilai tabel, yaitu hasil nilai uji-t sebesar 2,76 dan nilai tabel sebesar 1,67 (thitung 2,76 > ttabel 1,67). Dengan demikian hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak dan hipotesis penelitian (Hi) dapat diterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode apresiasi tokoh legenda Lutung Kasarung berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar pembuatan relief di kelas XI SMA Negeri 19 Jakarta. ********* The method applied in teacher learning is an important factor that can determine the success, of the learning process is done and the learning outcomes to be achieved by the students. A good method is the method that is able to support the learning process, so that students can optimize its capabilities, both cognitive and psychomotor. In the learning process making relief with the theme legend Kasarung, students can not only rely on skill alone to achieve good learning outcomes, since such skills should also be supported by the creativity that good anyway. Creativity in the work, can be created if the underlying with the proper knowledge (conceptual). The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of appreciation methods about figure Lutung Kasarung legend of making relief in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 19 Jakarta on odd semester in the academic year 2014/2015. The research design used in this study is True Experimental Design, with a sample of 30 students in class XI IPS II as a control group and 30 students in class XI IPS I as the experimental group. Instruments in this study a data collection instrument (practice tests, questionnaires, and interviews),an instrument treatment (appreciate figures, syllabus, lesson plans and worksheets), as well as assessment instruments are modified based on the concept of assessment Brent G. Wilson. Implementation of test the hypothesis in this study is done on the basis of, the results of testing the reliability of the test instrument using the formula Pearson Product Moment. Results of statistical calculations (r xy) with an average correlation value of the two assessors, then obtained a reliability index of 0.683. Based on the interpretation of the value of r in the table with the range of results Guilford between 0.400 to 0.700 which are in moderate correlation, so that this instrument is declared reliable.Testing the hypothesis in this study using the formula t-test, with sig-nificance level of 0.05. The results showed that the test scores in the calculation of the t-test is higher than the value of the table, that the results of t-test value by 2.76 and table values of 1.67 (2.76 t count> t table 1.67). Thus the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the research hypothesis (Hi) is acceptable. The results showed that the application of the method of appreciation legend Kasarung effect on learning outcomes in the manufacture of relief class XI SMA Negeri 19 Jakarta
