Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena kemampuan matematika siswa di Indonesia yang masih rendah berkaitan dengan peran guru sebagai pendamping dalam pembelajaran siswa. oleh karena itu, untuk menghasilkan guru matematika yang profesional adalah dengan mempersiapkan mahasiswa sebagi calon guru dengan kompetensi guru matematika yang profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini menghasilkan instrumen baru berkaitan dengan Self-Assessment pada kompetensi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika yang dikembangkan dari instrumen Student Perception of Opportunity Competency Development. Metode penelitian ini adalah pengembangan instrumen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 621 respon mahasiswa program studi matematika di empat universitas di dua wilayah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, yaitu: Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Uhamka, Universitas Islam Negeri Jakarta, dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta. Sampel dipilih secara random sampling dengan ketentuan responden mahasiswa jenjang S1 pendidikan matematika dari semester 2, 4, 6, 8, dan 10. Instrumen Self-Assessment yang dikembangkan hasil modifikasi dari beberapa skala pengukuran sehingga terbentuk enam dimensi, yaitu: Kemampuan Berpikir, Kemampuan Mengelola Diri, Kemampuan Berhubungan dengan Orang Lain, Kemampuan Berkontribusi dan Berpartisipasi, Kemampuan Penggunaan TIK, dan Kemampuan Merancanakan dan Melaksanakan pembelajaran. Instrumen hasil pengujian terdiri dari 36 item untuk diujikan dan dianalisis secara Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validitas psikometrika instrumen self-assessment yang dikembangkan reliabel pada nilai 0.95 dalam kategori baik. Therefore, to produce professional mathematics teachers is to prepare students as prospective teachers with professional mathematics teacher competencies. The purpose of this study is to produce a new instrument related to Self-Assessment on the competence of mathematics education students which was developed from the Student Perception Ofertunity Competency Development instrument. This research method is the development of instruments using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 621 responses from students of mathematics study programs at four universities in two areas of DKI Jakarta Province, namely: Jakarta State University, Uhamka, Jakarta State Islamic University, and Jakarta Muhammadiyah University. The sample was selected by random sampling with the provision that the respondents were undergraduate students of mathematics education from semesters 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. The self�assessment instrument developed was modified from several measurement scales so that six dimensions were formed, namely: Thinking Ability, Managing Ability Self, Ability to Connect with Others, Ability to Contribute and Participate, Ability to Use ICT, and Ability to Plan and Implement learning. The test result instrument consists of 36 items to be tested and analyzed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis. The results showed that the psychometric validity of the self-assessment instrument developed was reliable at a value of 0.95 in the good category.
