Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa impmentasi model pembelajaran teaching factory(TEFA) di Jurusan Teknik Permesinan SMKN 36 Jakarta. dan Menganalisa faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan pembelajaran teaching factory(TEFA) di Jurusan Teknik Permesinan SMKN 36 Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penulis mendapatkan data hasil penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik yang berjumah 13 peserta didik dan tenaga pendidik yang melaksanakan Teaching Factory. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan peneliti, yaitu menggunakan trianggulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) pelaksanaan teaching factory menggunakan 6 unsur elemen, antara lain standar kompetensi, siswa, Media pembelajaran, pengajar, sarana dan prasarana, serta penilaian. Standar kompetensi yang digunakan merupakan kurikulum sekolah yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan industri. Siswa yang terlibat merupakan siswa terpilih yang memiliki kemampuan akademik baik. Media pembelajaran yang berupa produk telah disesuaikan dengan kompetensi. Pengajar yang terlibat memiliki kualifikasi akademis, dan pengalaman di industri. Penggunaan perlengkapan dan peralatan sudah mampu untuk melaksanakan teaching factory, dan hasil produk hasil produksi dipasarkan ke konsumen dan kemudian dilakukan penilaian dari pelaksanaan teaching factory oleh sekola; (2) faktor penghambat teaching factory yaitu standar produk yang masih dibawah stanrdar pasar sehingga produk tidak cukup diketahu masyarakat; (3) faktor pendukung teaching factory yaitu sekolah yang sudah melaksanakan pengelolaan keuangan dengan sistem BLUD sehingga lebih sistematis dan terarah. Dari hasil penelitian implementasi pelaksanaan teaching factory pada Jurusan Teknik Permesinan SMKN 36 Jakarta menunjukan bahwa SMKN 36 Jakarta sudah menerapkan model teaching factory sesuai dengan teori Kuswantoro (2014: 25-26) yaitu pelaksanaan teaching factory dengan menggunakan 6 unsur elemen teaching factory, antara lain standar kompetensi, siswa, Media pembelajaran, pengajar, sarana dan prasarana, serta penilaian. ***** This study aims to analyze the implementation of the teaching factory (TEFA) learning model in the Mechanical Engineering Department of SMKN 36 Jakarta. and Analyzing the factors supporting and inhibiting the implementation of teaching factory (TEFA) learning in the Mechanical Engineering Department of SMKN 36 Jakarta. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, the authors get the data from this research through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were 13 students and educators who carried out the Teaching Factory. Checking the validity of the data used by researchers, using source triangulation. The results of the study show that: (1) the implementation of the teaching factory uses 6 elements, including competency standards, students, learning media, teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and assessment. The competency standards used are school curricula that are adapted to industry needs. The students involved are selected students who have good academic abilities. Learning media in the form of products have been adapted to competence. The teachers involved have academic qualifications, and experience in the industry. The use of equipment and equipment has been able to carry out a teaching factory, and the products produced are marketed to consumers and then an assessment of the implementation of the teaching factory is carried out by the school; (2) the inhibiting factor for the teaching factory is the product standard which is still below the market standard so that the product is not known enough by the public; (3) the supporting factors for the teaching factory are schools that have implemented financial management with the BLUD system so that it is more systematic and directed. . From the results of research on the implementation of teaching factory implementation at the Mechanical Engineering Department of SMKN 36 Jakarta, it shows that SMKN 36 Jakarta has implemented a teaching factory model in accordance with Kuswantoro's theory (2014: 25-26), namely the implementation of teaching factory using 6 elements of teaching factory elements, including standard competence, students, learning media, teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and assessment.
